BD导航接收机天线模块LNA的仿真设计

【摘要】 自从上个世界90年代特别是进入21世纪以来,随着通信技术和是微电子技术的发展,手机等无线终端业务得到极大的普及,这也反过来促进了上述技术的更新、升级和发展。现在,无线通信技术的应用几乎已经深入到国民生活和生产的各个领域和环节,已经和人们的生活密不可分,并且其发展也有愈演愈烈之势。其中,伴随着第三代移动通信和汽车的普及,家用型汽车越来越进入寻常百姓家,卫星导航仪器特别是车载导航仪器的应用越来越广泛。在导航仪器中,低噪声放大器(LNA)的作用至关重要。本论文第一部分介绍了LNA的研究背景、现实意义、发展现状及趋势。第二部分详细介绍了射频电路的基本理论。第三部分首先介绍了射频放大电路的偏置网络、输入输出匹配网络,然后介绍了LNA的噪声、增益和稳定性等多项指标。第四部分首先对常用的仿真软件进行了介绍,然后设计了一个BD车载导航接收机天线模块的LNA并用ADS对其进行了仿真。

【Abstract】 Since the90s of the last century,especially in the21stcentury,as the development ofcommunication techonology and microelectronics,mobile phone and other wireless terminalservices have been greatly developed,which in turn promote those techno logies topromote,update and develop.Nowadays,the application of wireless communicationtechonology has almost penetrated into various fields and links of the national life andproduction,and it’s inseparable with people’s life,and also there is a great trend of it’sdevelopment.Among them,the application of satalitte navigation instrument especially vehiclenavigation instrument is becoming increasingly wide,along with the popularization of the the3rdgeneration mobile communication and automobiles.The first chapter of this pape introduces the research background,significance,currentsituation and develope trend of LNA.Chapter two introduce the bas ic theories of RF circuitfirs.Chapter three introduces the RF amplifier’s bias network,input and output matchingnetwork,the LNA’s noise,gain and stability and so on.Chapter four introduces several popularsimulation software first,then designs a LNA and simulate it.
