基于虚拟仪器的膛口动态感应装定检测系统

【摘要】 本研究课题应用了虚拟仪器和Labview软件编程、单片机控制等多项技术,建立了“虚拟引信模型”,研制了一套操作简便、结构合理、功能齐全、性能稳定的测试系统。用于在实验室条件下检测引信动态感应装定通讯链路的可靠性,其真实的反映了引信膛口感应装定系统的各项技术状态。本课题具体完成内容如下:对引信膛口感应装定系统各模块进行前期调研,了解各模块工作原理、实现功能及作用方式;根据装定系统设计要求,分解各模块技术指标,确定测试系统的检测内容及功能;根据测试要求确定系统总体设计方案;采用虚拟仪器和Labview软件编程、单片机控制等技术完成测试系统软、硬件设计;实现了引信膛口感应装定系统与火控计算机通讯链路接口检测、膛口静态感应装定通讯链路信号级检测、模拟弹丸高速发射环境并利用弹上存储原理完成了膛口动态感应装定通讯链路的信号级检测,完成了引信膛口感应装定系统的静态检测和动态检测。
【Abstract】 The essay is introducing a testing system incorporating virtual instrumentation and Labview software programming, MCU control technologies and others, the system is easy to use, and stable also. This system is used to test reliability of communication link of fuze dynamic inductive setting under experimental conditions, the status of setting inductive technologies of fuze at muzzle is fully shown.The details include preliminary research for modules of inductive setting system at muzzle, being familiar with working theory of each module, functions and mode of working; divide technical parameters of each module, and determine testing items and functions according to design requirement of setting system; define the master design scheme according to testing requirements; design software and hardware of testing system by adopting virtual instrumentation and Labview programming, MCU control technologies; interfacing testing of communication link between inductive setting system of fuze at muzzle and fire control computer, test signal level of communication link of static inductive setting of fuze at muzzle; simulate projectile launch environment, test signal level of communication link of dynamic inductive setting system of fuze at muzzle.
