弧形闸门动力特性及流激振动数值模拟

【摘要】 弧形钢闸门是水工建筑物中广泛运用的一种闸门型式,它具有启闭力小、无门槽、水力学条件好等优点。近年来,随着内河航电枢纽规模的不断大型化,低水头弧形钢闸门的尺寸和设计荷载也不断增大。动水启闭和局部开启泄流是闸门在实际运行中需要具备的基本能力,但实践表明,弧形闸门在启闭过程或局部开启泄流时,常常伴随有振动产生,振动严重时甚至会引起闸门的动力失稳破坏。因此,对大尺寸弧形钢闸门进行动力分析以及局部泄流的振动特性的研究是非常必要的。本文首先归纳总结了弧形闸门破坏的类型并对引起闸门破坏的原因进行了分析,阐述了弧形闸门流激振动研究的理论基础,分析比较了闸门振动的三种主要研究方法。其次,本文利用ADINA软件,采用势流体单元建立了闸门-水体的流固耦合有限元模型,对不同开度下的闸门流固耦合自振特性进行了计算,得到了闸门的各阶频率和振型,分析了闸门开度、水流和门前水深对闸门自振频率及振型的影响,为进一步研究闸门的泄流振动问题打下了基础。最后,本文采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对闸门在局部开启泄流情况下的振动特性进行了流固耦合数值模拟研究,得到了闸门在各开度条件下的振动时程曲线,对闸门面板、纵梁和支臂等主要构件的变形及受力进行了分析,可供闸门的设计及运行管理参考。

【Abstract】 Steel radial gate is a gate type widely applied in hydraulic structures,it has somany advantages such as:without gate grooves,less lifting force,better hydraulicconditions and so on. In recent years,with the continuous upsizing of inlandnavigation-power junction,the size of low head steel radial gate and the design loadincreased. Hydrodynamic hoist and local open drain flow is a basic ability of gaterequires in practice,but the practice shows,radial gate in the opening and closingprocess or partial opening of discharge,often accompanied with vibration,vibrationeven make the gate dynamic instability. Therefore,analysis for the large size arc steelgate dynamic and research on the vibration characteristics of partial discharge is verynecessary.This paper summarizes the types of damage of radial gate and gate failure causesare analyzed,expounds the theoretical basis of flow induced vibration of radial gate,the three main research method of gate vibration are analyzed and compared.Secondly,this paper uses the ADINA software,using potential flow elementestablished gate-water fluid-solid coupling finite element model,the different openingof the gate of fluid-solid coupling vibration characteristics were calculated,the gate ofthe frequencies and vibration,analyzed the effect of the gate opening,the flow and thedepth on gate vibration frequency and vibration mode,and laid the foundation for thefurther study of gate leakage flow vibration problems.Finally,RNG k-ε turbulence model was used in this paper to proceed anumerical simulation under the condition of fluid-solid coupling on the vibrationcharacteristics with the gate was opening discharge,gate in the vibration under thecondition of time-history curve was obtained,the deformation and stress analysis ofthe main components of gate panel of the gate,rails and supporting arms was made,offer the reference to the design and operation management of radial gate.
