【副题名】以大城市为例

【摘要】 中国目前正处于城市化快速发展阶段,经济发展较快,工业化水平逐年提升。中国钢铁工业城市受钢铁行业的带动,工业发展起步较早,随着工业水平的提升,经济发展也有较大程度的提高,从而推动了城市化进程。但是中国钢铁工业城市在城市化发展的过程中存在着很多问题,例如城市化水平滞后于工业化发展水平,城市化水平滞后于经济发展水平,城市化发展速度较快但发展质量较差等。这些现象不得不让我们对中国工业化起步较早的钢铁工业城市的城市化发展水平重新思考,重新认识中国钢铁工业城市的城市化发展水平。本文选取了马鞍山、攀枝花、包头三个城市规模相近,钢铁工业发展时期相近的城市为样本进行城市化水平的研究。本文先对城市化的概念、相关理论及文献进行概述；然后对三个样本城市的经济发展水平、工业发展水平以及城市化率的现状进行分析；其次将城市化水平的测度指标分为经济发展指标、社会发展指标、生活质量发展指标、生态环保指标以及基础设施指标五个指标,并运用因子分析法得出三个城市的城市化水平的各因子排名和综合排名；再次通过横向和纵向比较三个钢铁工业城市的因子排名和综合排名的影响因素,找出三个城市的城市化发展中存在的问题；最后根据中国钢铁工业城市在城市化发展中存在的问题,提出自己的政策观点,力图对提升中国钢铁工业城市的城市化水平做一点贡献。本文最终得出中国钢铁工业城市在城市化发展中存在的问题有：城市化率普遍较高但发展缓慢；城市化发展水平不完全受经济发展和工业发展的影响；城市化发展中产业结构不合理；环境破坏较严重；矿产资源的不可持续性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now China is in a stage of rapid development of city. Economy developed fast and industrialization level increased year by year. By the drive of iron and steel industry, iron and steel industry city in our country industrial development started earlier. With the development of industrial level, the economic development also improved greatly, promoting the process of city. But the iron and steel industry city in our country exists a lot of problems in the course of city development. For example, the city level lags behind industrialization level, and the city level lags behind the level of economic development, and the city development is faster but the development of poor quality. We have to rethink the urbanization development level of the iron and steel industry city, whose industrialization level started earlier in our country. And we have to rethink the urbanization development level of the iron and steel industry city. This article selects three cities including Ma’anshan, Panzhihua and Baotou, whose iron and steel industry development period is similar and city scale is similar. These cities are used to researching the urbanization level as a sample. First this article introduces the concept of urbanization, the related theory and the literature. Then this article analyzes the three sample city’s economic development level, industrial development level and present situation of the urbanization rate. Then this article divided the measure index of the urbanization level into economic development, social development, the quality of life index, ecological and environmental protection index and infrastructure index five indicators, and using factor analysis comes to the conclusion of factor ranking and comprehensive ranking. Through the horizontal and vertical comparison of factor ranking and comprehensive ranking factors of three iron and steel industrial cities, then find out problems existing in the urbanization in the three cities. Finally put forward my own policy ideas, according to the iron and steel industry city’s problems existing in the development of urbanization, trying to do a little contribution to promote urbanization level of China’s iron and steel industrial city.This paper ultimately concludes that our country iron and steel industrial city on the problems existing in the development of urbanization. Urbanization rate grow generally higher but develop slowly. Urbanization level is not completely influenced by economic development and industrial development. Urbanization in the industrial structure is not reasonable. Environment has suffered from the advancement of urbanization rate seriously. The mineral resource is unsustainable.更多还原
