姬塬地区长7油层提高单井产量工艺技术研究

【摘要】 姬塬长7油层储量规模巨大,是长庆油田上产5000万吨和持续稳产的重要接替层系,但该层系为典型的致密油层,受储层改造技术的制约,前期单井产量较低。本文针对安83长7油层物性差、孔吼细微、单井产能低等特点,借鉴国外致密油开发的成功经验,提出了“提高油藏泄油体积和降低储层伤害”的总体技术思路,在储层压裂地质研究基础上,开展了大量室内研究,优选了适合该储层特点的压裂支撑剂和压裂液体系,同时,推广应用了斜井多段压裂、多级加砂压裂、多羟基醇压裂液等成熟工艺技术,并积极开展水平井等新工艺的探索性试验,有效提高了单井产量。2011年应用96口(包括2口水平井),试油平均单井日产油12.1m3,日产水3.3m3。通过提高单井产量技术的集成应用,投产初期单井日增油0.33t,增幅达21.9%。本文的研究成果具有重要的示范和辐射意义。

【Abstract】 Chang7oil reservoir in Jiyuan have a huge reserves, it is a important super-seder to produce50million and keep stable production.But chang7oil reservoir is a typical consolidated oil reservoir. Restricted by stimulation technology, prophase production of per-well production is low.According to poor physical property, tiny holes, low per-well production and other features of An83Chang7oil reservoir, and reference foreign experience, this paper presents a general technical ideas of " Increase the drain reservoir volume and reduce the formation damage", on the basis of research of reservoir fracturing, carry out a large number of indoor research, preferre characteristics suitable for the reservoir fracturing proppant and fracturing fluid system.At the same time, it spread ang use inclined well multi-interval fracturing, Multilevel,polyhydric alcohol fracturing fluid and other mature technology.And carrying out exploratory test od new process of horizontal well,to increase per-well production..2011Applications96(including2horizontal wells), the average single-well test oil daily oil12.1cubic meter, Nissan water3.3cubic meter. Through the integration applications of technology to improve well production, increase the initial per-well oil production0.33t, an increase of21.9%. This research has important significance of the demonstration and radiation.
