基于轻量级数字签名的药品防伪追溯系统的设计

【摘要】 药品作为一种特殊商品,与人的生命和健康紧密相关。但近年来,药品市场上的假药劣药层出不穷,这不仅扰乱了药品市场秩序、损害了消费者权益,也不利于病人的治疗,严重时甚至对病人的生命造成巨大的威胁。同时,在高额利润的驱动下,不法分子制售假药劣药的技术越来越高,使相关部门对假药劣药监管查处越来越困难,面临的形势也越来越严峻。为了有效应对药品领域的假冒伪劣问题,本文提出通过将数字身份应用到药品领域,以实现药品的防伪、源头追溯和流向跟踪的方法,利用JUNA轻量级数字签名技术并结合物联网技术设计了一个药品防伪追溯系统,将全国的药品统一起来进行管理,构建全国统一的验证平台。首先分析了现有药品防伪系统存在的问题与不足,论证了JUNA轻量级数字签名技术和数字身份用于药品防伪追溯系统的优势,JUNA生成的数字身份隐含了药品生产企业的私钥、药品的信息以及唯一编号等信息,并且以32进制表示长度只有16个字符,不需要借助芯片等其他设备存储,可以直接印在药品上并用涂层覆盖,有效地解决了现在数码防伪系统存在的密钥安全性、高成本、环境污染和易用性差等问题。然后,从消费者、药品生产企业和中间商的角度,提出了追溯系统的功能需求,对系统进行总体设计,分析设计出构成系统的六大模块:数据管理系统、数字身份管理系统、药品流向跟踪系统、药品源头信息追溯系统、药品验证平台系统和举报系统。并对六个模块的具体实现流程进行了分析,针对六个模块的具体功能和实现流程从整体上对系统进行把握,详细分析了整个系统的实现流程,搭建出一个以手机作为传感器,以网络作为枢纽,具有药品防伪、源头追溯和流向跟踪功能的物联网系统。最后论证了系统安全性及可用性,并和药品监管码进行了比较分析,证明了本系统具有易用性高、防伪性能好等优点。
【Abstract】 Everyone knows that drug is a special commodity, and it is closely related topeople’s life and health. But in recent years, the fake drugs or inferior drugs on themarket emerge in an endless stream, which not only disturb the order of the drugmarket, but also harm the interests of consumers. In addition, fake drugs are notconductive to the patient treatment, and even cause a great threat to patient’s life.Driven by the high profits, some businessmen produces more and more technologyand methods to manufacture fake drugs or inferior drugs. Thus the supervision of therelevant departments becomes more and more difficult, and the situation is becomingmore and more serious.In order to effectively deal with above problems in the pharmaceutical field, thispaper propose a method of applying digital identity to pharmaceutical field, to achievethe goal of anti-forgery, tracing and the flow of drugs. And then, this paper designs adrug anti-forgery and tracing system based on lightweight digital signatures andInternet of Things, unify the country’s pharmaceutical, build a national verificationplatform.In the beginning, this paper analysis the problems and shortcomings of theexisting drug anti-forgery systems, demonstrates the advantages of JUNA lightweightdigital signature technology and digital identities for drug anti-forgery and tracingsystem. The digital identities generated by JUNA has only16characters of whichhides the private key of a manufactory and the drug information, especially the drugunique number, and is directly printed on the drug label with coverage but no chip. Inthis way, this system can effectively solve the problem of key security, high cost,environmental pollution and poor usability of the digital security systems.Then, through the demand analysis of the system from the consumer, drugmanufacturers and middlemen perspective, the general plan of design, it analysis andwork out six modules for building system, they are data management system, digitalidentity management system, the flow direction track system, the source tracingsystem, drug verification platform system and reporting system. Meanwhile, itanalysis the specific implementation process for the six modules one by one, andgrasp system on the whole according to the specific functions and implementationprocess of the six modules and the implementation process of the whole model isanalyzed in detail. In this way, this paper builds out a mobile phone as a sensor, thenetwork as a hub, a system based on Internet of Things which can achieve druganti-forgery, source tracing and flow direction track.In the last, this paper demonstrates the system’s safety and availability, andmakes a comparative analysis with drug regulatory code. A high ease of use, securityand good performance of this system is proved.
