【摘要】 随着经济的快速发展，城市建设投资力度加大，各类古建筑物不断遭到破坏，城市历史文脉被埋没。为保护扬州的历史文化和街巷景观，扬州市政府出台了一系列的方针政策，使得老城区在快速发展的进程中基本保存了原有的风貌。扬州市政府将扬州老城区划分为12个老街坊进行保护，其中本文研究的南河下街巷就是在11号街坊保护范围内。南河下街巷整体空间格局保存较好，历史建筑集中，有利于实施街巷的保护与更新。南河下历史上是盐商居住买卖的场所，现今保留了有价值的特色古建筑和传统地域文化，因此此研究方向对古街巷改造有一定的社会价值和现实意义。本文前部分解析了国内外成功的街巷保护案例，总结了街巷保护与更新的手法和措施。从自然因素和社会因素分析了扬州街巷体系的形成，实地调查了街巷与建筑周边环境的关系及居民生活状况，并对扬州四大历史街区现状进行分析总结。论文后半部分从历史文化角度、街巷空间形态、建筑现状及景观现状出发，重点介绍了南河下街巷的空间保护与建筑保护。分别分析了南河下空间面临的问题和街巷的空间特色，提出街巷空间保护与更新的措施需要结合旅游开发、城市定位和经济可持续发展，来传承和建设南河下有特色的空间。将南河下建筑分为三类：盐商会馆、盐商住宅和普通住宅类，重点分析了盐商住宅建筑，并指出街巷内建筑保护与更新存在一定的矛盾，针对现状问题对其提出了有效的解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economic, urban construction investment increased, eachkind of historic buildings is destructed unceasingly, the city buried history context. In order toprotect Yangzhou’s historical culture and the streets and alleys landscape, Yangzhou Municipalgovernment has appeared a series of policy, makes the old city in the process of rapiddevelopment of the basic preserved the original style.Yangzhou government will divide the old city into12neighbors, including NaHeXia whichthe street is within11neighborhood of this research. Under the overall spatial pattern of streetsand alleys, better preservation, historical buildings, is conducive to the protection and renewal ofthe streets. NanHeXia is the salt merchant lives business place in the history, nowadays retainedthe valuable characteristic historic building and the traditional region culture, therefore thisresearch direction has certain social value and the practical significance to the ancient streets andalleys transformation.In front of this article has studied the successful streets and alleys protection case indomestic and foreign, summarized the streets and alleys protection and the renewal measure andthe technique. From the natural factor and the society factor analysis on the formation ofYangzhou street system, the author takes a survey on the relationship between streets and theresidents living conditions, and carries on the analysis summaries about the present situation ofYangzhou four historic blocks. The rest paper introduced the protection of NanHeXia space andbuildings from the perspective of history and culture, streets space form, construction status andlandscape present situations. It`s separately analyzed the question of NanHeXia space facing andthe characteristics of the streets and alleys, proposed the protection and renewal of street spacemeasures requires a combination of tourism development, the city localization and theeconomical sustainable development, inherits and constructs the characteristic space ofNanHeXia. The building is divided into three categories: The salt merchant guildhall, saltmerchants residence and ordinary residence, mainly analysis the salt merchants of residentialbuildings, and points out that the streets there is contradiction within buildings protection andupdate, aiming at present problems for the effective solving measures are putting forward.更多还原
