基于VB的船舶动力设备远程监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 动力设备是船舶的核心,直接关系到船舶航行的安全性与运行的稳定性。利用现代先进的监测技术替代传统的仪表对船舶动力设备进行监测,不仅使监测人员对船舶动力设备的运行状况了如指掌,而且能够判断设备故障的位置。因此,对船舶动力设备远程监测系统的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以船舶动力设备为研究对象。首先,分析了系统的功能需求,明确了系统的监测参数,进行了系统总体方案的设计与分析,将系统分为现场监测系统、无线通信系统与远程监测中心三个子系统,进而对各子系统进行了方案设计与分析。其次,论述了各子系统的核心技术以及硬件选型与参数配置等内容,并在Visual Basic平台下开发了现场监测系统与远程监测中心。现场监测系统包括当前参数监测、运行报警指示、历史数据查询、数据走势显示、报警值设定等功能,并通过GPRS无线通信技术将现场监测数据发送至远程监测中心,成功实现了对船舶动力设备的远程监测。最后,在完成系统设计的基础上,对系统进行了应用与测试。应用结果表明,本系统基本满足对船舶动力设备远程监测的要求,有效的促进了船舶维护工作,提升了船舶监测自动化水平。

【Abstract】 Power Equipments are the core of the boat, and are directly related to the safetyand running stability of the boat. The using of modern advanced monitoring technologyfor the monitoring of boat power equipment, instead of the traditional meter, makes themonitoring staff not only be well aware of the boats power equipment run condition,and be able to determine the location of the equipments failure. Therefore, the researchon the remote monitoring system of the ships power equipments has important practicalsignificance.In this paper, the studying object is the power equipments of ships. Firstly, thefunctional requirements of the system are analyzed, and the monitoring parameters ofthe system are defined. And then, the overall program of the system is analyzed anddesigned. The system is divided into three subsystems, on-site monitoring system,wireless communication system and remote monitoring center. Thus, each subsystem isanalyzed and designed.Secondly, the core technology, hardware selection and configuration parameters ofeach subsystem content are discussed. And a on-site monitoring system and a remotemonitoring center are developed on the Visual Basic language platform. The on-sitemonitoring system includes current parameter monitoring, running alarm monitoring,historical data querying, data trend showing and alarm value setting function, etc, andsends the on-site monitoring data to the remote monitoring center via GPRS wirelesscommunication technology. Thus, the remote monitoring of the ship power equipmentsis successfully achieved.Finally, after being successfully designed, the system is tested and applied. Theresults showed that the system basically met the requirements of the remote monitoringof the power equipments of ship, effectively promoted the maintenance of ship, andenhanced the automation level of the motoring of ship.
