【摘要】 信息技术是当今世界经济社会发展的重要驱动力，成为国民经济的战略性、基础性和先导性支柱产业。我国电子信息产业紧紧抓住国家经济社会发展和国际产业转移的重大机遇，产业规模跃居全球第一。随着电子信息产业的快速增长，西部地区成为电子信息产业新的增长点。重庆作为西部地区的中心城市，已将电子信息产业作为支柱产业，成为经济增长的核心产业之一。在当今电子信息产业转移的浪潮中，投资环境的优劣是影响重庆招商引资的最关键因素。尽管近年来，重庆为了吸引电子信息企业入驻，不断完善投资环境，电子信息产业也一直保持着快速的增长趋势，但与发达地区相比，尚存在一定差距，发展潜力也未得到充分发挥。因此如何优化电子信息产业投资环境显得非常迫切和重要。本文以产业经济学、区域经济学、管理学等相关理论为基础进行研究。首先综合目前国内外相关研究，明确阐述了电子信息产业、投资环境、电子信息产业投资环境的概念和内涵，并梳理了投资环境的评价方法。其次在分析影响电子信息产业投资环境的因素基础上，阐述重庆电子信息产业投资环境现状并与其他城市进行比较分析，总结出重庆的优势与劣势。再次运用因子分析对重庆、成都、北京等8个城市基础设施环境、宏观经济环境、科技教育环境、产业发展环境进行比较分析，得出重庆与其他城市的比较结果。最后结合前文指出的劣势，提出完善重庆电子信息产业投资环境的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information technology is an important driver of economic and social developmentin the world, become the strategic, basic and pilot industry of national economy.Electronic information industry in our country seizes the opportunity of nationaleconomy, social development and international industrial transfer, leaps to the worldindustry. With the rapid growth of the electronic information industry, the westernregion becomes a new growth point. As the center of the western region city,Chongqing put the electronic information industry as pillar industry which has becomeone of the core industries in economic growth. In the transfer of the wave in today’selectronic information industry, the advantages and disadvantages of investmentenvironment are the most important factors which influence the investment promotionand capital introduction of Chongqing. Although in recent years, in order to attractelectronic information enterprises, Chongqing has improved investment environment.The electronic information industry has maintained a rapid growth trend, but comparedwith developed areas, there still exists a certain gap; development potential is not fullyexerted, too. So how to optimize the investment environment of electronic informationindustry is very urgent and important.Based on the industrial economics, regional economics, management and otherrelated theories as the basis for research. Firstly, the paper expounds clearly theconcepts and connotations of electronic information industry, electronic informationindustry investment environment, investment environment in view of comprehensiverelated researches at home and abroad, and describes the investment environmentevaluation method. Secondly, based on the analysis of the influencing factors ofinvestment environment of electronic information industry, analyze the current situationof investment environment of Chongqing electronics information industry and comparewith other cities; summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Chongqing. Thirdly,using the factor analysis to analyze investment environment including infrastructureenvironment, macroeconomic environment, science and technology educationenvironment, industry development environment about Chongqing, Chengdu, Beijing,Chongqing and other cities, obtain the comparison results. Finally, put forwardcountermeasure suggestions to perfect the investment environment of Chongqing electronics information industry combining with the above disadvantages.更多还原
