大规模定制环境下作业因素时间模型研究

【摘要】 随着全球生产力和经济技术的快速发展,企业竞争不断加剧,顾客需求日益多样化。激烈的市场竞争以及个性化和多样化顾客需求,使传统生产模式面临着巨大的挑战,大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)生产模式在这种市场环境下应运而生。MC环境产品的生产过程由于受定制要求的影响,较传统生产过程更显复杂化、柔性化,影响产品制造时间的作业因素在新环境下也呈现出了新的特征。制造时间作为企业科学管理的基础,对于大规模定制企业具有重要意义,然而,传统时间定额方法不能准确表达作业因素的影响,使得产品的制造时间的获取更加复杂和困难,难以保证时间数据的准确性。本文考虑大规模定制环境下作业因素对制造时间的影响,对作业因素时间模型进行研究,以期为企业制定更精确的制造时间提供依据。首先,从大规模定制的宏观环境入手,分析大规模定制环境生产过程的特点,并基于传统工时定额的组成,对MC环境制造时间的组成进行重新界定;其次,分析大规模定制环境作业因素的特点、分布及类别,结合文献分析法和专家问卷法,从人员因素、设备因素、物料因素、方法因素、环境因素五个方面,对影响制造时间作业因素进行分析研究,构建作业因素层次结构图;然后,通过分析影响制造时间的作业因素重要度,确定关键作业因素,进而研究关键作业因素对制造时间的影响关系和关系模型,以及影响的定量表达;基于关键作业因素对制造时间的影响研究,提出作业因素时间模型的构建思路,通过确定相似产品制造时间以及作业因素的影响,实现作业因素时间模型的构建。最后,通过企业的实际生产案例的应用,对模型的可行性和有效性进行验证。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of global productivity and economic technology, thecompetition in business and the diversity of customer needs are increasing. Traditionalproduction mode is facing enormous challenges with the fierce market competition andpersonalized and diversified customer needs, which leads to the emerging of the masscustomization production mode. With the influence of the customized demand, theproduction process in MC environment is more complex and flexible than in thetraditional environment, some new characteristics of the operating factors that influencethe products’ manufacturing time have shown in this new environment. As the basis ofscientific management, manufacturing time is of great significance to the MCcompanies, however, the traditional standard time measuring techniques can’t interpretthe effect of operating factors accurately, making it more complex and difficult toacquire the products’ manufacturing time, also, they can’t guarantee the accuracy of thetime data.In order to provide a basis for the more accurate manufacturing time measuring inthe company, this paper takes the influence of the operating factors into considerationand studies the operating factors time model. First of all, this paper starts with themacro-environment of MC, analyzes the feature of production process in MCenvironment and defines the constitute of manufacturing time in MC environment basedon its constitute in traditional time quota. Next, this paper analyzes the characteristics,distribution and sorts of operating factors in MC environment, studies the operatingfactors from staff factor, facility factor, material factor, method factor and environmentfactor with document analysis method and expert questionnaire method and builds thehierarchy chart of operating factors. Then, we find the key operating factors through theimportance analysis of all operating factors, after that, we study the influence relationbetween operating factors and manufacturing time, put forward the relation model andthe quantitative expression of the influence. The study proposes the idea of operatingfactors time model based on the key operating factors’ influence to the manufacturingtime and brings it into realization through determining the manufacturing time ofsimilar products and the influence of operating factors. In the end, the feasibility andeffectiveness of the model is verified by the production cases in a company.
