【摘要】 城市空间发展战略规划研究是根据城市自身经济、社会、文化发展实际，从城市空间的角度入手，探讨城市与区域发展的重大问题，提出战略性建议以引导城市健康发展的一种规划决策研究。运城地处山西省西南端，自2000年撤地设市后经济发展日新月异，城市空间迅速拉大，暴露出结构松散、环境恶化等诸多问题。为引导城市可持续发展，本文从空间发展战略的角度，探讨运城市中心城区发展的优势机制和劣势因素，旨在明确发展思路，以期为城市发展战略优化和实施提供支撑。论文首先对城市空间发展的相关知识进行阐述，然后从区域发展的自然、经济、社会、人文环境出发，剖析城市发展所面临的主要问题，阐明空间发展战略要解决城区发展规模、发展方向、空间布局、功能、特色等重要问题。以此为理论框架，对运城市中心城区空间整合发展的优势机制和劣势因素，以及空间发展的现状条件进行分析，从城区发展模式、整体布局、产业发展、交通等支撑体系等方面提出城市空间发展战略和思路，以及实施建议，使得城市能够在区域竞争中保持优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban spatial development strategy study is a kind of planning device research,which takes the city health development as guide.1t investigates the most importantdeveloping problem of urban and region from the actual situation of economy, socialand cultural resource. Then the practical proposal is offered on the basic of these.Yuncheng is the central city of the southwestern Shanxi. It develops rapidly sincethe2000withdrawal of a city, but also exposes many problems in the process of urbanspatial development, for example, loosely structured, environmental degradation. Toguide the urban sustainable development, this paper discusses the advantages anddisadvantages of the central district in Yuncheng in the urban spatial perspective. Itaims to know the strategy of spatial development, in order to support the spatialdevelopment strategy and its enforcement.The paper first conducts a study based on the related theories of spatialdevelopment at home and abroad. Then, it analyses the city’s main developmentproblems from the regional development of nature, economy, society andenvironment. Next, it explains how the spatial development strategy can solve the keyproblems of the urban development scale, the development direction, spatial layout,its functions, features and etc. Based on the theoretical framework, the paper presentsan analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the central district spatialdevelopment of Yuncheng, and analyses the present spatial development condition.Finally, it raises the urban spatial development strategy and thoughts from the aspectsof the urban development pattern, overall layout，industry development, trafficcondition and so on, and gives the implementation suggestions, the overall strategy ofdeveloping rapidly, so as to maintain the city’s advantages or strengthen its adaptationto the external environment.更多还原
