基于物联网的物流监控车载终端设计

【摘要】 伴随着物流行业的不断发展,物流车辆及货物的安全问题也逐渐凸显。如何对物流运输过程中运输车辆和车内货物的状态进行实时监控成了切实存在的问题。同时随着人力成本的增加,亟需对货物装卸货流程的记录进行自动化操作来减少成本、增加效率。本文设计了一套以物联网为基础,利用已有的GPRS无线通信技术、GPS全球定位技术、图像采集技术和射频识别技术来多方位采集物流车辆和货物数据的车载终端,从而满足上述物流运输的需求。首先,通过对车载监控系统的研究背景和国内外发展状况进行了客观分析,初步确定了本物流监控车载终端需要实现的功能和使用的关键技术。详细分析通用分组无线服务技术、全球定位系统、射频识别和图像采集等技术的理论基础,从车载终端的设计思想、组成结构、工作原理和功能上进行了细致论证,进一步确定了车载终端的技术方案。然后,本文从车载终端的硬件和软件方面详细介绍了具体的架构,硬件包括以微处理器为核心的主控部分设计、数据采集单元各模块的选型和设计、无线通信模块的设计;软件包括软件系统的总体流程和各个模块驱动的设计,并展示各个数据采集单元的监控数据在服务器端的显示效果。最后,本文叙述了该车载终端的测试和调试过程,展示了最终的功能样机。本设计最终实现了预设的功能,可以通过服务器的菜单进行监控及查询。综上所述,本物流监控车载终端适用于大型货物或贵重货物的运输监控,在对车辆进行位置、图像进行监控的同时也可以了解车内货物的状态,从而满足物流运输过程中的多方面需求。
【Abstract】 With the development of the logistics industry, the logistics vehicles and goodssafety problems are becoming sharper and sharper. How to monitoring the vehiclesand the goods become practical problems. At the same time with the increase of laborcost, it is urgent to cargo handling records automation to reduce cost and increaseefficiency. This thesis designs a set of vehicle terminal which is based on Internet ofthings, using GPRS, GPS, image acquisition technology and RFID to acquire datas oflogistics vehicles and goods, so as to meet the above requirements.First of all, We objectively analyze the research background of vehiclemonitoring system and development at home and abroad, and preliminarilydetermines the key technology and function of this logistics monitoring vehicleterminal. We analyse the theoretical foundation of GPRS, GPS, RFID and imageacquisition techniques,and meticulously demonstrates the design ideas, structure,working principle and function of vehicle terminal.the we determine the technicalscheme of this vehicle terminal.Then, This thesis introduces the concrete structure from hardware and softwareaspects, The hardware includes master part design, data acquisition unit of eachmodule, wireless communication module design;The software includes softwaresystem process design and each module drive design, and display effect of monitoringdata from each data acquisition unit in the server.Finally, this thesis describes the process of vehicle terminal testing anddebugging, shows the final function prototype. This design finally realize the presetfunctions, through which we can monitor vehicles and inquires historical recordsthrough the menu on the server.To sum up, logistics monitoring vehicle terminal is suitable for large-scale goodsand valuable cargo transportation monitoring,it can monitor vehicle‘s position, imagesand the state of the goods inside, so as to meet the various requirements oftransportation in logistics industries.
