【摘要】 近年来,随着全球化的普及和对于新的社会经济发展范式的需求的增加,新的基于知识的经济模式正在逐渐产生。这一趋势推动了在商业和公共行政管理领域的创新解决方案的探索。在这种框架结构下,高级网络技术,比如Web2.0,Semantic Web和Linked Data的使用被证明是非常有效的。这些技术方法主要是针对协作和社会网络来缓解和简化知识的重用与交换。在这里,共享术语(词汇表)特别是那些丰富了正式本体论定义的术语,成为了新型扩展语义的内容管理系统的核心。Semantic MediaWiki Plus (SMW+)是众多内容管理系统当中功能比较强大并被广泛应用的一个。然而同其他基于网络的内容管理系统一样,SMW+本身也存在不足。比如由SMW+直接创建的词汇表在结构方面有很强的随意性,系统的使用对于未经过培训的人员略有不便,以及词条对象在描述性上存在限制。为了解决上述问题,本论文提出并实现了这样一个项目。该项目在应用现时流行的、基于网络的内容管理系统(SMW+)基础之上,开发出一系列的扩展来实现用户对丰富语义的术语汇编的创建。首先,该项目创建了一个规范的、可以应用在各个领域的表格来帮助用户创建术语汇编。该表格可以根据不同需求进行适当的扩展。同时,该项目通过向用户提供一个编辑工具,扩展了资源定义的描述能力。该工具使用户在创建词条的过程中可以进行基于OWL的逻辑陈述,既类之间的数据声明,基数声明以及无关陈述。对于那些不了解OWL逻辑陈述的用户,该项目采用了类似于ACE的约限自然语言来描述OWL逻辑。在实际应用中本项目通过结合SMW+继承了MediaWiki在基于网络的联合知识管理这方面的全部特点,同时允许用户为系统内的数据进行语义注释从而支持语义的搜索和查询。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the globalization and the need for a new socio-economicdeveloping paradigm is leading to new forms of knowledge-based economies. Thispushes forward the exploration of innovative solutions to support the extensivemanagement of enterprise knowledge in both business scenarios and in publicadministration. In this frame, the adoption of advanced Web technologies, such asSemantic Web and Linked Data, has been proven very effective in easing the re-useand exchange of knowledge. Here, the use of shared glossaries, possibly enrichedwith formal ontological definitions, constitute the backbone for new kinds ofsemantically enabled Content Management Systems.Among them, Semantic MediaWiki Plus (SMW+) is a very powerful andwidely adopted Web Content Management System (WCMS). However, SMW+hasits disadvantages. For example, the structuring of glossary term definitions is veryarbitrary, hard to use for untrained users and it is not able to capture expressivedefinitions. Therefore, the project described in this thesis aims at solving the aboveproblems by applying a state-of-the-art WCMS (in particular SMW+) anddeveloping a number of extensions that allows the users to build semanticallyenriched glossaries. We introduce forms for users to simplify and formalize theprocess of editing glossary entries, which can be applied in any domain. We alsoextend the expressivity in the description of the resources, by developing a tool toenrich the definitions of glossary entries with logical statements based on OWL,namely, realized the description about Value statements, Cardinality statements andDisjointness between categories. For users who are not familiar with such alanguage, OWL statements are also presented to the user by using a controllednatural language. In practice, this project, collaborated with SMW+, inherits all thefacilities tailored at collaborative web-based knowledge management fromMediaWiki. In addition, it also allows users to semantically annotate data withinwiki page, hence enabling semantic search and query facilities.
