Rockwell PLC及ABB变频器在门座式起重机控制系统中的应用

【摘要】 门座式起重机是随着港口运输需求借鉴其它形式起重机发展起来的大型轨道式多用途装卸设备,由于用途广泛,门座式起重机是杂货码头最常用的主要岸机。门座式起重机具有起升高度大、起重量大、臂幅大、工作区域大、使用灵活、定位性好、通用性好的工作特点。本文的主要工作如下:首先,论述了研究大型起重机装卸设备——门座式起重机的意义,给出了门座式起重机的发展概述和向大型化、自动化的发展趋势,简述了门座式起重机控制系统研究现状。其次,通过分析门座式起重机的装卸工艺流程及设备结构组成、控制原理,确定了系统控制方法和控制对象,通过分析装卸控制过程,给出了装卸工艺对电气控制系统的要求。最后,给出了基于罗克韦尔PLC、ABB变频器、工业现场总线和HMI人机交互界面的门座式起重机电气控制系统硬件及软件的设计方案。在硬件设计中,绘制出电气控制系统的部分主回路及PLC控制系统组态接线图,分析了PROFIBUS-DP通讯协议的数据文件;在软件设计中,详细给出了PLC控制系统的流程图、主程序和部分子程序的梯形图程序。并给出了系统的调试步骤及通过调试发现PLC系统问题并给以解决。该门座式起重机控制系统已安全运行多年,运行结果表明:该控制系统操作简单,安全可靠,使用过程维护量少,大大提高了生产效率,已为企业创造了可观的经济效益,具有很好的推广应用价值。
【Abstract】 Based on other types of cranes, portal slewing crane, a kind of large track-type bulkmaterial processing equipment, came into being due to the great demand of porttranspiration. Since then, it has become the major portal machinery employed in generalcargo wharfs because of its large lifting height and capacity, long boom, broad workingarea, flexibility, accurate positioning and universal application. The body of the paper is asfollows:Firstly, it focuses on large cargo handling facilities----the significance, history ofportal slewing crane and its evolution into large machinery and high automation. Besides,it briefly introduces the current status of its control system.Secondly, this paper proposes tentative controlling methods and controlling subjectsof portal slewing crane after analyzing its process, structural composition and operatingprinciples. Moreover, it brings forward demands on electrical control system of cargohandling based on the study on its operation system.Finally, it presents a design of hardware and software in electrical control system ofportal slewing crane, using Rockwell PLC, ABB inverter, the industrial field bus and HMIinterface. In the plan of hardware design, the paper gives part of the main circuit and PLCconfiguration diagram of electrical controlling system as well as the PROFIBUS-DPprotocol data. In the plan of software design, it gives a detailed controlling flowchart,main program and subprogram of PLC. And it comes up with debugging procedures andthe solutions to the possible problems.The portal slewing crane investigated has been operated for many years and it hasbeen proved to be simple and secure in operation, low in maintenance cost and high inefficiency. Therefore, it should be widely used in portal transportation for its remarkableeconomic returns.
