超视距无线遥控推土机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 超视距无线遥控推土机是一种工作在操作人员视野之外的推土机。它的工作原理是利用无线视频传输采集工作视野,利用实时三维动态仿真了解工作状态,然后通过无线遥控系统控制其完成工作。本课题是在山东理工大学特种车辆设计和控制技术研究所研发出的无线遥控履带式推土机的基础上,对无线遥控推土机进行进一步研究,并在分析现有常规推土机和短距离无线遥控推土机的基础上,提出一款基于超视距无线遥控推土机的控制系统。主要工作如下:1、超视距无线遥控推土机控制平台的设计。通过分析某推土机的操控系统,结合超视距无线遥控工作环境要求,提出了无线遥控控制系统的设计方案,开发出一款超视距无线遥控推土机控制平台。2、超视距无线遥控控制系统硬件电路设计。通过差分输入模拟信号,实现了控制信号准确采集;将USB接口与LCD显示屏连接实现了控制信号的显示;利用PCI总线接口实现了DSP系统和无线网络的通信。3、DSP系统PCB板的设计和信号完整性仿真。进行原理图设计,并在此基础上进行数模混合信号仿真;最终实现了PCB板的设计以及对其进行了信号完整性分析。4、超视距无线遥控控制系统的软件设计。本论文基于DSP系统,对主控制流程、AD模块、USB接口和PCI接口进行程序编写和调试。本文设计的超视距无线控制系统,能够实现16路控制信号(8路模拟信号、8路数字信号)的采集、运算和传输。整个控制系统通过无线网络完成主从两端的通信,从而实现对推土机超视距遥控。

【Abstract】 The BVR Wireless Remote Control Bulldozer is a Bulldozer that workers can work outside of it. The vision of working field is got by wireless video transmission and working status is got by3D dynamic simulation, then according to the above, the Bulldozer is controlled by wireless remote control system. Based on the design of the special vehicle and the wireless remote control crawler bulldozer, a further research for Remote Control Bulldozer is established. And meantime, based on the analysis of conventional bulldozers and short distance wireless remote-controlled bulldozers, a control system for the BVR Wireless Remote Control Bulldozer is provided. The followings are all the researches:1. After studying the control system of a Bulldozer and the requirements of working environment, design for the wireless remote control system and the control platform of the BVR Wireless Remote Control Bulldozer are presented.2. Circuit design for the hardware of the BVR wireless remote control system is put forward, including the input of analog signal, the link between USB and LCD, and the communication between DSP system and wireless network.3. Based on the designed Schematic diagram, the analog mixed-signal simulation is conducted, finally the design of PCD and the signal integrity analysis are achieved.4. The design for software of the BVR wireless remote control system is proposed, including the AD module, the USB interface, the PCI interface and so on. Among them, program for the AD module and the PCI interface is the key problem.According to the BVR wireless control system In this paper, The collection, operation and transfer of16channel control signals were achieved, and the Bulldozers BVR remote control was achieved through the wireless network in the control system.
