【摘要】 制造业是一个国家的经济支柱,体现了国家的经济发展及生产力水平,全面提高制造企业的核心竞争力对企业及地区来说具有重要的意义。随着社会经济和信息化理论的全面发展,敏捷制造作为新兴的制造管理理论被提出并被人们熟知,它要求全面发挥企业的优势,调动企业的各项资源来组织生产,以快速反应市场的变化,最大限度的满足顾客需求。20世纪80年代以后,我国制造企业的生产模式发生了改变,其信息化也逐步由局部化向全局化发展,其拥有了ERP、MRP、MIS、MES、CRM、SCM等一系列的系统,而这些系统往往致力于所专注的管理范围,形成了一个个交错复杂的信息网,其给企业的信息化带来了一定的阻碍,不利于企业长期的发展。因此,信息的交互与共享成为了一种不可逆转的趋势,各企业纷纷通过对其功能、行为进行分析,全面的实现企业内的系统集成。本文以汽车制造企业为研究对象,分析其在敏捷制造环境下的制造生产特点与存在的问题。汽车制造企业信息化包含有战略层、管理层、控制层三部分,它们往往以一个完全独立的方式存在于企业的信息化管理中。因此,对制造业普遍存在的IT信息系统沟通问题进行细化,明确了系统集成在制造企业中的重要意义。MES是制造企业实现敏捷制造战略的重要技术手段,同时也是企业CIMS信息集成的纽带。在对企业信息化与MES的研究基础上,以生产制造为主要研究内容,结合汽车制造企业信息化的特征,论述了MES与上下层管理系统的相关关系。将敏捷制造技术、先进制造生产管理思想、信息化技术进行有机结合,采用IDEF建模方法对汽车制造企业系统集成的业务模型及数据模型图进行构建。通过对模型的分解分析,构建了一个以MES为核心的系统集成平台,在这个系统集成平台中,对生产计划与排产、车间制造过程、质量管控及制造维护管理等主要模块进行了论述,并结合系统集成的核心技术进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufacturing industry is a pillar of the economy in a country, reflecting the economy development and the productivity lever of the country. Improving the core competitiveness of companies has significances to the enterprises and regions. With the development of social economy and information theory, agile manufacturing is proposed and known as a new manufacturing management theory. This theory asks the enterprises to give full play to the advantages of enterprises, organizes the resources of enterprises for production, to get rapid response for the market and meet customer demand maximization. Since the1980s, manufacturing industry production mode has changed in China; the information building of enterprises develops gradually from localized to whole, as it has a series of systems, like ERP, MRP, MIS, MES, CRM, and SCM and so on. Therefore, these systems are often committed to the focus management range, forming an interleaving complex information network; all of these are obstruction of the development of enterprises. So, the information interaction and sharing has become an irreversible trend. Through the analysis of its function and behavior, the enterprises hope to achieve comprehensive system integration.The paper selected the automobile manufacturing enterprises as the carrier of the research, and analyzed production characteristics and existence questions of the manufacturing industry in agile manufacturing environment. It included three parts: the strategic layer, the management layer, the control layer in automobile manufacturing enterprise. Each of them existed in a completely independent manner. So the essay refined the communication problem of information system which exists universally in manufacturing industry and explicated the importance of the system integration.MES is an important technique for manufacturing enterprises to achieve agile manufacturing strategy in business and workshop, but also the enterprise CIMS information integration bond. The author understood the basic architecture of enterprise information; then, it determined core and bridge role of MES in the informatization of production management in manufacturing enterprise. The essay combined with the characteristics of the automobile manufacturing enterprise information, and discussed the relationship of the MES and the upper and lower management system.This article combined with agile manufacturing technology, advanced manufacturing management thinking and information technology, used the IDEF modeling technology to propose integrated business model and data model with a core of MES in automobile companies. Then, according to the analysis of layered on the model, we got the manufacturing function module of the integration platform (production planning and scheduling, shop manufacturing process, quality control, and maintenance management).
