基于iOS的房产信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着苹果产品在中国市场的逐步深入,拥有iPhone, iPad和iPod+Touch的用户越来越多了,在基于iOS的移动终端设备上形成了规模庞大的用户群,与此同时这些用户基本上都是移动互联网的追随者,他们希望用手中的设备方便,快捷的完成想要完成的事。同时房地产市场规模伴随中国经济飞速发展而快速增长,如何快速方便的查询房产信息成为用户密切关注话题,但是庞大的iOS用户群体无法从自己心仪的地产公司找到一个能够让他们快速方便查询信息的产品。在如此情况下基于iOS的房产信息系统就应运而生。依托于导师提供的招商地产的“招商果岭”的实验平台,本人完成了如下工作:(1)使用项目嵌入式Sqlite数据库,设计并实现了应用程序的界面架构,在此基础上独立设计并实现了果岭项目地各个模块。(2)实现了如何从iPhone客户端连接服务器端,并从服务器中下载数据进行解析,以及如何操作sqlite3数据库和用Core Data读取数据。(3)学习并完成了用Storyboard设计整个界面原型的方法以及用segue实现界面直接数据的传输。(4)学习并了解了iPhone应用程序UIKit框架中一些重要类的功能。(5)通过LLDB和Instruments工具掌握了如何对应用程序进行调试和优化。(6)参与了后期项目的扩展和针对性提出了项目架构的理论实现,对今后项目开发的缓存策略提出了自己的看法。基于以上实现,本项目可以提供持有iOS设备的iPhone客户端用户进行对招商地产的招商果岭新售楼盘项目进行全方位的浏览,用户可以从设备中了解到项目的咨询信息、项目楼盘的生态环境、项目楼盘的效果模型图和户型设计图、项目的地理位置同时用户可以填写个人信息对项目进行预约操作。本文对基于iOS设备的房产信息的一些资讯浏览和地图查询、预约等功能模块进行详细的界面介绍和功能实现。
【Abstract】 As Apple products deepening the market of China, more and more Chinese have iPhone, iPad or iPod+Touch. A giant user group of iOS device has grown up. Meanwhile, most of them are fanatics of mobile internet. They expect that they could do a good job efficiently with their handheld iOS devices. With China’s house industry grow rapidly in the rapid development of China’s economy,how to make a simple query about house property information’s product is a big topic for people.But the giant iOS Devices user can not get such a comprehensive product to query house property informations. So, House Property System is coming into being as the times require.Relying on the Merchants greens experimental platform real estate investment, I have completed the following work:(1) Involved in the design development of the embedded SQLite database involved in the design and implementation of the interface structure of the application, based on independent design and implement a green project to each module.(2) Learning how to connect to the server from the iPhone client end, and to parse the data downloaded from the server, as well as how to operate the sqlite3database and read data using Core Data.(3) Learning the storyboard design the entire interface prototype as well as directly the segue to achieve interface data transmission.(4) Learning and understanding of some important function in the iPhone application UIKit framework.(5) Through LLDB Instruments Tools grasp how the application debugging and optimization.(6) Participate in the post-project expansion and targeted project-based theory to achieve cache for future project development strategy put forward their own views.Based on the above, the project holds the iOS device with the iPhone client user can provide a full range of investment green new sale of real estate projects Browse, users can understand advisory information from the device, real estate projects eco-environment, the effect of the real estate projects model diagram and layout design diagram, project location at the same time the user can fill out the personal information of the project, to make an appointment. In this paper, a real estate information based on the iOS device information browsing and map queries, appointments and other functional modules detailed interface and functionality to achieve.
