随机因素作用下高速铁路桥上列车运行可靠性分析

【摘要】 高速铁路车桥系统参数的随机性对桥上列车运行可靠性具有重要影响。本文利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立车桥系统动力学分析模型,通过现场实测数据验证模型的正确性;仿真分析列车通过桥梁过程的系统动力响应,研究运行速度对系统动力响应的影响,分析确定性参数条件下动力响应规律;综合运用结构可靠度方法,以高速铁路车桥动力分析为基础,提出了随机因素作用下车桥系统可靠度分析方法;运用响应面法分析了随机因素作用下高速铁路桥上列车运行可靠性,分析了随机因素作用下车桥系统的可靠度指标和失效概率,为运营管理提供了参考建议。通过本文研究得到:(1)在0~500km/h运行速度范围内,通过研究确定性参数条件下车桥动力响应得到:列车通过简支梁桥过程中,桥面板、轨道板、钢轨的位移量最大值发生在桥梁跨中截面,加速度最大值发生在靠近桥墩的截面;桥上车体振动加速度随列车速度的提高变化不大,但总体上均满足规范对车体加速度的限值要求;轨道板和桥面板的在跨中截面的垂向位移总体上随列车运行速度的提高而增大,仅在450km/h附近达到最大值1.32mm;轨道板和桥面板垂向加速度总体上随运行速度提高而增大,在312km/h附近由于共振现象产生了明显局部尖峰。(2)在共振速度附近,通过研究随机参数作用下车桥动力响应得到:在桥梁结构支座刚度、梁体弹性模量以及桥梁结构阻尼比最不利的组合下,当行车速度高于295km/h时系统具有安全风险,应在实际中注意控制桥梁结构支座刚度、梁体弹性模量等质量。在车辆二系刚度和阻尼最不利的组合情况下,当行车速度高于285km/h时系统具有安全风险,应在实际中注意悬挂系统二系刚度和阻尼参数控制。

【Abstract】 Stochastic parameters of vehicle-bridge system of high-speed rail way has an important influence on the operation reliability.In this paper,a dynamic model of vehicle-bridge system is constructed by the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. the calculation results of system are compared with the site testing results separately,and the correctness of the dynamic model is partially validated. Simulating and analysing the dynamic property of the system of the high speed vehicle passing through the bridges, researching the influence of speed on the dynamic response of system,analysing the dynamic response rules under deterministic parameters. A reliability analysis method of random factors for vehicle-bridge system is proposed by integrating the structural reliability method and high-speed railway dynamic analysis,response surface method is used to conduct reliability analysis of the system under the action of random factors, and also the reliability index and failure probability,which provides some suggestions for operation and management.We can get the following through this research:(1)In the speed range of0-500km/h, through the research of vehicle-bridge dynamic response of deterministic parameters,we get the following:during the train pass through the bridges,The maximum displacement of beam,track slab and rail appears in the mid-crosssection.The maximum acceleration of them occurs in the section near the pies.the vibration acceleration of vehicle body on the bridge has little effection with the increase of the train speed.but meeting the vehicle acceleration limits of code.The vertical displacement of track slab and bridge deck in the mid-span increases with the increase of the train speed on the whole.but occur maximum value1.32mm near450km/h.The vertical vibration acceleration of track slab and bridge deck in the mid-span increases with the increase of the train speed.but In the vicinity of the312km/h occurs obvious local peak because of the resonance phenomenon.(2) Near the resonance speed.through the research of vehicle-bridge dynamic response of random parameters,we get the following:the vehicle-bridge system has a security risk when the vehicle speed is higher than the295km/h under the most unfavorable combination among the bridge structure bearing stifness,the beam elastic modulus and damping ratio of bridge structure. So we should control the quality of the bearing stiffness and the beam elastic modulus in practice.On the other hand,the vehicle-bridge system has a security risk when the vehicle speed is higher than the285km/h under the most unfavorable combination between the vehicle two stiffness and damping.So we should control the quality of stiffness and damping parameters of suspension system two system in practice.
