覆土波纹钢管涵刚柔性的对比试验研究

【摘要】 覆土波纹钢管涵依靠土-结相互作用发挥其优良的力学性能,在国外已得到了广泛的应用。目前,该类结构在我国的应用势头迅猛,但研究工作还不够深入,在结构刚柔性对受力性能影响的方面更为匮乏,因此结合试验进行该类型结构刚柔性及其对力学性能的影响具有较强的理论意义和实际应用价值。本文选择跨径同为1.2m的刚性管和柔性管进行对比试验研究,测试了试验模型在施工过程中以及成桥以后的堆载试验中关键部位的位移、应变以及土压力的变化规律。通过对各项数据的分析比较得到了此类结构在变形和内力方面的一般性规律。施工过程中,结构发生最大上拱的时刻出现在回填土填至拱顶附近,柔性管出现明显的上拱现象;填土结束时,柔性管管顶与管中变形约是刚性管的一倍,而柔性管管顶土压力明显小于刚性管,管中土压力略大于刚性管;结构横截面波峰、波谷的应力变化情况同梁的上下表面相类似。随后建立了二维有限元模型,通过数值模拟与实测值的对比分析,验证了有限元模型的有效性和试验结果的合理性,最后,用二维有限元模型分析了土体参数对刚性管和柔性管的变形和内力的影响。通过分析总结得到,土体内摩擦角对于刚性管和柔性管的变形值及所受土压力值的影响均不大,泊松比和土体弹性模量对刚性管及柔性管的位移值影响较大。建议回填土采用砂性土并在施工中重视回填土的压实质量,保证土-结相互作用的发挥。
【Abstract】 Fhe Buried Corrugated Steel Pipe Culverts have excellent mechanics performance depended on structure-soil interaction. This type of structure has been applied widely in foreign. At present, this structure develops rapidly in our country, but the research on this structure is not in-depth enough, especially about the study of the rigidity and flexibility effect on their mechanics behavior. Combined with tests to study the rigidity and flexibility of the structure and its effect on the mechanics properties has significant theoretical and practical value.Rigid pipe and flexible pipe, both have1.2m span, are selected for comparative experiment research. The displacement, strain and soil pressure of these trial models during its construction and simulated loading are tested. By analyzing and comparing the measured data, some general regulations in the deformation and internal forces of these structures are obtained.Two dimensions finite element models are established. And the effectiveness of the FEM models and the reasonability of the test are proved through compared the calculation results with measured data. The influences of difference elastic modulus, Poisson ratio and internal friction angle of soil to the structural deformation and internal forces are analyzed. The results show that the elastic modulus and Poisson ratio have a greater effect. So the sandy soil should be selected as the backfill material and the compaction quality should be paid attention to ensure the structure-soil interaction.
