【摘要】 高校日益成为社会信息化发展和应用的前沿阵地，党和国家更是高度重视高校思想政治教育工作。随着3G背景下新媒体时代与科技的进步发展，手机媒体已然成为移动互联网的重要平台，为高校思想政治教育带来了新的契机和新的挑战。当代大学生利用互联网、手机等新媒体与信息社会同步发展，为自身的学习和生活创造了许多便利条件，也增加了表达意愿和展示自我的空间。与此同时，信息技术和交流方式的发展，改变着人们的思想观念和生活方式，也使舆论及思想传播的环境愈发复杂。充分把握新媒体技术给大学生思想教育带来的机遇与挑战，提高思想教育的成效，使手机媒体优化载体和环境的优势得到最大发挥，是我国高校思想政治教育理论和实践工作者的重要使命。本文在借鉴以往已有研究成果的基础上，以传播学为理论视角，运用思想政治教育的基本原理，在分析手机媒体思想政治教育载体功能与营造媒介环境的基础上，对手机媒体在高校思想政治教育中所具有的双重角色及其作用、影响和应对策略进行深入的研究分析和探讨。全文总体分为六部分：第一部分，前言。此部分主要包括论文的研究背景和研究意义，论文的写作思路和研究方法，以及国内外研究成果和现状，并对论文的创新点做了简要介绍。第二部分，新媒体时代背景下的手机媒体。本部分主要对新媒体的发展历程，新媒体的种类及其主要特点、手机媒体的概念界定及传播特点以及手机媒体在高校中的使用与影响的调查问卷分析阐述，主要是以传播学的专业角度对手机媒体进行了相对全面的分析，并对问卷调查中大学生使用手机媒体的各类情况进行了分析、归纳和总结。第三部分，手机媒体与高校思想政治教育的融合。从手机媒体的环境和载体功能两个方面阐述发展高校思想政治教育的必要性和可行性，也为本论文提供了基本的理论导向。第四部分，手机媒体对高校思想政治教育的辩证影响。此部分对手机媒体在高校思想政治教育中的积极和消极影响进行了辩证分析，以及消极影响给高校思想政治教育工作带来的挑战，指出了问题的关键所在。第五部分，手机媒体在高校思想政治教育中营造媒介环境与发挥载体功能的有效结合策略。根据第四部分提出的问题所在，本部分从发挥手机媒体载体作用、加强专业教育队伍培养、提高大学生自身媒体素养三个方面融入到手机媒体载体与环境功能的内涵中，对推进高校思想政治教育建设提出了有效的策略路径分析。第六部分，总结。概括全文的主要内容，总结不足，对课题研究提出进一步的期许。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colleges and universities are increasingly becoming the leading edge forthe development of social informatization and university’s ideological andpolitical education has been attached great importance by Party and stateleaders. With the progress of the3G′new media age, the mobile phone mediahas became an implement of mobile internet, which brings new moment andchallenge to the university’s ideological and political education. Making use ofthe internet and mobile phone media, college students could create moreconveniences in their daily life. Besides the change of the idea and life-style,the public opinion environment would be more and more complex. Theresearchers should have their mission to give full scope to the good effect ofmobile phone media and develop the education effectiveness.Based on the existing research results, this article, in the perspective oftheory on communication and education, gives the research and analysis onthe impact and coping strategy on mobile phone media to university’sideological and political education.The article includes six parts: Part One: Introduction. It mainly expounds the significance, the writingbackground. It also includes the writing methods, the researching object andthe innovation point.Part Two: Mobile phone media in new media age. This part mainlyexpounds the development history, the variety and characteristics of newmedia. It includes the questionnaire survey that has been sum up. What′more,it sets forth to the definition,features and users of the mobile phone, whichgives a multi-analysis for the paper.Part Three: The connection of mobile phone media and university’sideological and political education. It is the theory guide that talking about thesurroundings and means which mobile phone media taken on. It also describesthe necessity and feasibility of the university’s ideological and politicaleducation by taking advantage of mobile phone media.Part Four: The Impact on the Mobile Phone media to university’sideological and political education. The advantages and disadvantages ofmobile phone on college education has been list. The cause of problems hasalso been summarized.Part Five: The effective strategy for mobile phone media promotinguniversity’s ideological and political education. Measures to the questionswhich mentioned before are proposed, such as mobile phone media shouldplay advantage function, the teaching staff should be trained professional skill,and college students should improve literacy for using mobile phone.
