【摘要】 随着我国改革开放的发展，人民生活水平、质量、生活环境得以大幅度改善，人民日常文化生活的形式和内容日益多样化，以往对现代化的追求，现在很大程度上成为现实。同时我国体制处于计划经济向市场经济转变过程中，新的利益格局尚未形成。社会结构发生深刻变动，社会处于转型时期，社会矛盾冲突不断，影响着和谐社会的建设。在急剧变迁的过程中，每个人内心世界、理想、信念都得到巨大冲击和改变。每个人在被动或主动地调整心态和行为，以适应快速变化的社会。在此过程中，心态失衡、心理失常、行为失范而导致的群体事件频发，成为和谐社会建设的不和谐声音，让国家为之付出高昂的社会成本。如何预防群体事件的发生，将不和谐行为遏制在萌芽状态，如何使人们保持和谐社会心态，成为人们关注的核心问题。2010年党的十七届中央委员会第五次全体会议，根据经济与社会的新发展变化，通过《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》纲要明确提出：“培育奋发进取、理性平和、开放包容的社会心态”。表明我党对于培育和引导人们群众保持健康社会心态的高度重视，也为我们科学认识和谐社会心态提供了重要的理论支撑。社会心态理论与实践研究是关于社会学和心理学进行细化后相互结合后的领域。因此，用马克思主义的观点、立场和方法为指导，在吸取当代西方学者研究社会心态成果的同时，糅合进中国学者关于社会心态最新理论观点，使和谐社会心态能用来指导我们构建社会主义和谐社会。所以，和谐社会心态概念的提出既为和谐社会与心理学理论研究指明了新的方向，具有重要的理论价值，又为推进和谐社会建设的进程，实现构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟目标，具有重大的现实意义。论文主要分为四部分内容：在引言部分主要概述了本论文选题的背景及选题意义、相关问题研究现状，论文的写作思路、研究方法以及论文的创新和不足之处。第一部分主要是界定心态、社会心态、和谐社会心态、马克思主义和谐社会观、社会主义和谐社会理论的内涵，以及和谐社会与和谐社会心态关系展开论述。主要是从和谐社会对和谐社会心态形成作用，和谐社会心态对和谐社会构建作用两个方面进行具体论述。这一部分主要是为论文整体做铺垫，在概念明晰的基础上展开深入研究。第二部分主要是当前我国社会不和谐现象及其对社会心态的影响。这一部分主要是发现问题，探索在我国和谐社会建设中由于不和谐现象而对社会心态的影响。论文主要从政治领域中不和谐社会现象导致公民对政治参与热情的下降、对政府产生信仰危机以及公民产生仇官心态进行分析；经济领域中是从不和谐社会现象导致公民仇富心态、公民浮躁心态以及攀比心态产生分析；文化领域中是从不和谐现象导致公民不安全感、偏爱负面信息以及文化信仰危机缺失产生分析；社会发展的领域是从不和谐现象导致公民怀旧心态、公民极端化心态以及公民冷漠心态产生进行深入的分析。这一部分主要论述不和谐现象对于社会心态的消极影响，为下面问题的解决、对策的提出奠定基础。第三部分主要是探析了和谐社会心态建设的路径问题。论文对此作了具体的对策分析。主要是从培育健康心态方面：普及积极心态教育、建立社会心态预警机制、改善社会心态环境；从完善社会公平方面：完善法律制度为公平提供法律保障、坚持和完善社会主义分配制度；从和谐文化氛围建设方面：加强社会化教育，培育个体文化认同观念、加强社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮、加强民族文化认同，应对世界多元文化挑战；从建立畅通利益诉求渠道方面：健全利益诉求机制、完善利益调解机制、健全和完善各种社会保障体系。论文一直遵循提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路，对和谐社会心态解决我国构建社会主义和谐社会中出现不和谐问题进行深入探索，目的是为我国社会主义和谐社会建设提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with our country reform and open policy development which progresses by leapsand bounds, people’s living standards, quality, environment is able to enhance, and the formand content of cultural life is increasingly diverse, the pursuit of modernization in the past,now largely become a reality. Meanwhile, China’s system in the planned economy to a marketeconomy, the new interests’ pattern has not been formed. The social structures has undergoingprofound changes in social transition period, the social conflicts constantly happen, andinfluence the construction of a harmonious society. In the process of rapid changes,everyone’s inner world, ideals, beliefs have huge impact and change. Everyone adapt to therapidly changing social by the passive or active to adjust the mentality and behavior. In thisprocess, the mental unbalance, mental disorder, behavior anomie cause the mass incidentsfrequently occur, in group events occur frequently, become the disharmonious sound societyand the country have to pay high social costs. How to prevent the seriousness of the massincidents and discordant behavior curb in the bud, how to make people to maintain theharmonious mentality, become the focus of core issues.The17th Central Committee of the Party in2010, according to the new development ofeconomic and social changes, through the establishment of the central committee of thecommunist party of China national economic and social development12th five-year plansuggestion "outline clearly put forward:" cultivate strenuous enterprising, rational calm, opentolerant social mentality ". The plans show that our party pays high attention to guide thepeople to keep healthy social mentality and provide the important theory support for us tounderstanding the mentality of harmonious society. Social psychology research is about thetheory and practice of sociology and psychology refinement combined with each other afterthinning. Therefore, with Marxism opinion, stance and method for guidance, whilecontemporary western social psychology scholar’s research results, mix into the latest theoryof the Chinese scholars, so harmonious social mentality can be used to guide us to build aharmonious socialist society. So, point of view of the concept of harmonious society is putforward for the harmonious society and the psychology both pointed out the new direction oftheoretical research has important theoretical value, and to promote the progress ofharmonious society construction, achieve the grand target of building a harmonious socialistsociety, it is a great practical significance.Paper is mainly divided into four parts: In the introduction part mainly summarizes this paper selected topic background andsignificance, the related question research present situation, the thesis writing thoughts,research methods and the innovation of the paper and deficiencies.The first part is mainly defined mentality, social mentality, the mentality of aharmonious society, the Marxist concept of a harmonious society, the connotation of socialistharmonious society theory, as well as discussed the relationship between harmonious societyand harmonious social mentality. Harmonious society play a role in the harmonious societymentality formation, and society harmonious society affect the build of harmonious society.This part is laying the groundwork for the whole paper, and base on the clear concepts studyfurther.The second part mainly analyze social disharmony phenomenon in our country and itseffects on social mentality. This part is mainly to identify problems, explore thedisharmonious phenomenon in our country. Thesis mainly from the political phenomenon of aharmonious society in the field of led to a decline in citizen participation in politics and beliefcrisis for the government and citizens enemy officer mentality produces analysis; In economicfield is never citizens on-often sound phenomenon lead to harmonious society, civilimpetuous mentality, as well as the comparison analysis; Culture in the field of citizens is notharmonious phenomenon lead to insecurity, preference for negative information and theanalysis of the cultural belief crisis is missing; Areas of social development is disharmoniousphenomenon lead to citizens nostalgic mentality, extremes, citizen and citizen’s indifferenceattitude to produce an in-depth analysis. This part analysis disharmonious phenomenon for thenegative influences of social psychology; put forward foundation countermeasures for thefollowing problem solving.The third part mainly analysis the path of the construction of the harmonious society andmake a detailed analysis of the countermeasures. In the cultivating healthy mentality: spreadthe education of positive mental attitude, establish the warning mechanism of social mentality,and improve the environment of social mentality; in the perfecting social justice: perfect thelegal system to provide legal protection for the fair, adhere and improve the socialistdistribution system; in the harmonious culture construction, strengthen the social education,nurture the concept of individual cultural identity, strengthen the socialist core value systemleading the social ideological trend, strengthen the national cultural identity to cope with theworld’s diverse cultural challenge; in the establishment of smooth appeal channels: improvethe interests appeal mechanism and the mediation mechanism, improve and perfect thevarious of social security system.
