【摘要】 本文论题“当代小学美术教师信息素养现状及其再发展之对策——基于淮安市的调查研究”包含着双向的努力：一方面,在淮安市范围内对小学美术教师的信息素养进行考察；一方面,针对小学美术教师信息素养存在的问题,对小学美术教师信息素养的再发展提出有价值的对策。基于此,笔者拟设立的论述框架由此凸显,全文的论述分为两大部分展开：一是小学美术教师信息素养的调查分析,二是小学美术教师信息素养再发展之对策。前一部分是后一部分的基础,后一部分是前一部分的总结和延伸。在教育信息化的大潮中,不断提高教师的信息素养已经成为一种需要。小学美术教师作为一个特殊的群体,其信息素养也有其特殊性,他们应该掌握一些其他学科教师所不具备的信息素养和信息技能才能够适应现代美术学科教学的变革。比如,图形搜索、处理、加工的知识技能,电脑绘画与设计的技能等等。因此,本文针对小学美术教学的实际情况,对小学美术教师信息素养的内涵做了初步的界定。信息素养,是现代社会人才的必备素养。信息素养包括信息意识、信息常识和信息技能三大模块,衡量人的信息素养也可以从这三个维度进行检测。在信息社会,信息素养的高低直接关系到人的学习能力的高低,以及专业发展的速度。信息素养较高的教师能够更快、更迅速的通过各种平台,更新知识技能,使教学思想、教学行为能够顺应时代发展的需要,同时也能够与更广泛的专业人士建立起紧密的联系,从而获得一些富有价值的专业信息。因此,提升美术教师的信息素养能够对美术教师的专业化发展起着重要的促进作用。而了解小学美术教师信息素养的现状能够对小学美术教师信息素养的再发展提供有价值的参考。调查研究显示小学美术教师的信息意识较强,信息常识薄弱,信息技能有待进一步提高。小学美术教师之间的信息素养水平差异显著,发展很不均衡,不同年龄、不同职称、不同学校教师之间的信息素养存在明显差异。信息化的校园环境使小学美术教师信息素养的再发展成为可能,构建信息化的美术课程体系将促使小学美术教师提高信息意识和信息能力,而加强小学美术教师的信息技能培训能够为小学美术教师信息素养的再发展提供切实的帮助。信息素养是信息时代人才的特征,新时代对美术教师也提出了更高的要求。丰富的网络资源也为美术教师的终身学习和专业发展提供了前所未有的有利平台,网络将成为美术教师获取教学资源的主渠道,网络将促使美术教师构建信息化的教学模式,网络教研也将成为美术教师参与教科研的主要阵地。信息时代的小学美术教师应该把握时代的脉搏,秉承终身学习的理念,掌握信息技术,充分利用网络资源,积极参与网络教研,在运用信息技术和网络资源的过程中不断丰富专业思想、增长专业知识、提高专业能力,不断发展和完善自身,实现由普通教师到专家型教师的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper topic "The contemporary elementary school fine arts teacher information literacy status and its development countermeasures--Based on the investigation and study in Huai’an " contains two-way efforts:On the one hand, in Huai’an range of the elementary school fine arts teacher’s information literacy investigation on; On the other hand, in view of the elementary school fine arts teacher’s information literacy problems, for the elementary school fine arts teachers’ information literacy and puts forward valuable countermeasure. Based on this, the author intends to set up, this paper discusses the framework which highlight, the full text is divided into two parts, this paper discusses the spread. Former part is the part after the basis of the part after a former part of the summary and extension.In the tide of education informatization, and constantly improve the teacher’s information literacy has become one kind of need. The elementary school fine arts teacher as a special group, and their information literacy also has its particularity, they should master some other disciplines teachers do not have the information literacy and information skills can adapt to the modern fine arts teaching reform. Information literacy higher teacher can faster and more rapidly through the various platform, update knowledge skills, make the teaching thoughts, teaching behavior can conform to the needs of the development of The Times, and at the same time can also and more extensive professional personage to establish close contact, and get some valuable professional information. Therefore, to improve the art teachers’ information literacy to art teacher professional development play an important role in promoting. And understand the elementary school fine arts teacher’s information literacy to the current situation of the elementary school fine arts teachers’information literacy again development provide valuable reference.Survey research shows that elementary school fine arts teacher’s information consciousness is stronger, information knowledge is weak, information skills needs to be further improved. Elementary school fine arts teacher’s information literacy level is significant difference between, development is unbalanced, different age, different titles, obvious differences between different school teachers information literacy.Informatization campus environment makes the elementary school fine arts teacher’s information literacy again that made possible the development of informatization construction of art curriculum system would improve elementary school fine arts teacher’s information consciousness and information ability, and strengthen the elementary school fine arts teacher’s information skills training can provide elementary school fine arts teacher’s information literacy development again to help.Information literacy are characteristic of the information age, a new era of art teachers also put forward higher request.
