考虑支座刚度的预应力局部双层柱面网壳静力及稳定性分析

【摘要】 随着社会经济、技术的蓬勃发展,大跨空间结构被大量应用于公共建筑和工业建筑。局部双层柱面网壳因其结构体系合理、经济技术先进,而受到越来越多的关注。局部双层柱面网壳结构的理论研究日趋完善,但考虑结构的支座刚度特别是不同支座刚度研究分析较少作用对预应力局部双层柱面网壳结构在静力及整体稳定性等方面的。本文采用有限元分析理论研究大跨空间结构中广泛采用的悬臂独立柱点支撑,其支撑的侧向水平刚度并非理想无限大这一问题。采用等价弹簧支座代替实际的支撑结构,在局部双层柱面网壳结构中以支座的弹簧刚度、结构矢跨比、荷载作用形式为变量进行结构静力、整体稳定性分析研究,总结以上变量影响下结构在内力、位移、稳定性等方面的特性和变化规律;而后针对支座弹簧刚度作用下结构表现出的位移变形过大等不利情况对局部双层柱面网壳结构施加预应力拉索以支座弹簧刚度、结构矢跨比、不同预应力水平、荷载作用形式为变量进行结构静力、整体稳定性分析研究,总结结构在内力、位移、预应力水平、稳定性等方面的特性和变化规律。在以上分析的基础上,对结构进行非线性稳定性方面的初步探索,根据结构的荷载—位移全过程曲线,确定支座刚度、预应力水平对结构临界荷载的影响。从而为局部双层柱面网壳理论的丰富和发展、实际工程应用提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 With modern architectural technology development, the partial double layercylindrical reticulated shell structure has been gradually applied in engineering field.The partial double layer cylindrical reticulated shell theory research has becomeincreasingly perfect, but consider the bearing stiffness of structure especially theresponse of structure caused by different bearing stiffness and the response ofstructure caused by prestress cable under different bearing stiffness are less researchand analysis.In reality engineering field, cantilever independent column point bearing arewidely used in large span space structure, the horizontal stiffness of which is not idealinfinite. In partial double layer cylindrical reticulated shell structure, setting up thehorizontal bearing stiffness, structure rise-span ratio, loading form for variablestructure analyses and study static overall stability, and summarizes the response inthe internal force and displacement, stability, etc.And then according to the responseof structure under different bearing stiffness, prestress cable is applised to partialdouble layer cylindrical reticulated shell structure and setting up the horizontalbearing stiffness, structure rise-span ratio, different prestress level, loading form forvariable structure analyses and study static overall stability, and summarizes theresponse of structure in the internal force and displacement, prestress level, stability,etc. All of which will enrich and develop the theory of partial double layer cylindricalreticulated shell structure and offer beneficial reference for actual engineering field.Based on the analysis of the above, the nonlinear structure has been preliminaryexplored, according to the load-displacement process curve, determine the structureinfluence of critical load by different factors.
