【摘要】 随着科学技术的飞速发展和经济全球化,市场竞争越来越激烈,多品种小批量的生产方式为越来越多的企业所采用。由于多品种小批量生产具有产品种类多、批量小、生产过程弹性大设备复杂、外界条件无法确定、生产的实施与控制动态管理等特征,制造企业在组织多品种小批量生产时,必须改变传统的生产管理方式,采用与之相适应的现代生产管理方法。因而企业越来越重视对内部生产和物流管理的控制和改进,正是基于这种要求精益管理被越来越多的企业所应用。精益生产理论强调在企业的各种活动中所使用的各种各样的资源的数量要实现最小化。它涉及到如何确定和识别设计、生产、供应链管理工作中那些不增加价值的活动以及如何与客户打交道等。为了消除对库存的浪费,就得确立消除库存就是消除消费的理念,推行准时化、同步化,使各个工序、各个环节在生产供应的数量上和时间上做到紧密结合,实现“只在需要的时候,按需求的量,生产所需的产品”,从而消除过程中不协调或者停滞的现象,降低闲置的库存。本文首先对耐驰(兰州)泵业有限公司整体运营状况进行了简要介绍,并且对公司生产运营物流过程中存在的库存高、生产过程浪费以及产品按时发货率低的现象进行了描述,并且对这些现象产生的原因进行分析和梳理,针对问题产生的原因结合精益管理相关理论制定了不同的解决方案,通过供应链采购管理改进方案、准时制物流管理方案、企业内部仓储管理改善方案、生产现场5S管理改进方案、ERP管理软件升级方案的实施对目前物流过程存在的问题设计了合理的解决方案,最后对物流改进方案的实施步骤、实施过程中的困难以及实施后效果评估进行了总结分析。本文通过研究耐驰(兰州)泵业有限公司的生产物流管理过程,有针对性的提出了相应的解决方案,作为一个典型的多品种、小批量的制造型企业,只有利用精益物流的理念对自身组织结构和企业资源进行整合,充分发挥信息网络平台的技术优势,才能应对激烈的竞争和自身今后发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, the increasingly fierce market competition, multispecies and small batch production mode is adopted by more and more enterprises. Because this mode has below features, small batch, production equipment complex, logistics process flexibility, external conditions can not be determined, when manufacturing enterprises organize the production, it is necessary to change the traditional production management mode to the modern production management. So enterprises pay more and more attention to control and improve the internal production and logistics management, it is the requirements of lean management by more and more enterprise application. The lean production theory emphasizes a variety used in all kinds of activities in enterprise resources to achieve minimization. It involves how to determine and identify the design, production, supply chain management in those who do not value adding activities and how to deal with customers etc. In order to eliminate the waste of inventory, we must establish the ideal of inventory is the elimination, promote JIT, synchronization, make the different process cooperate more closely on production and supply of the quantity and the time, to achieve "only when needed, according to demand, to produce the desired product," and then we can eliminate the waste or stagnation phenomenon, reducing the idle inventory.This paper firstly introduced the whole operation sistuation of NETZSCH (Lanzhou) Pumps Co., Ltd., and describe the problem in the company’s production and logitics process, like high inventories, production process waste and products on time delivery rate low phenomenon, and then analysis and review the phenomenon and the causes, make different solutions in view of the causes the combination of lean management theories, through the supply chain procurement management improvement program, JIT logistics management solutions, enterprise warehouse management improvement,5S management improvement program, ERP management software upgrade plan got the reasonable solution, finially we analyzed and evaluated the logistics improvement steps, the difficulties during the process implement and effect evaluation.Through the research of NETZSCH (Lanzhou) Pumps Co., Ltd. existing in the logistics management, puts forward the corresponding solutions for manufacturing enterprises, as a typical of multispecies and small batch production enterprises, only the use of the concept of lean logistics integrate enterprise organization structure and enterprise resources, technology advantages use of the information network platform, need to deal with the fierce competition and its future development.更多还原
