连续物位射频监测仪设计与实现

【摘要】 本课题通过对目前物位监测领域不同应用环境的充分调研,了解到实际生产中的需要,并分析已有的物位监测仪遇到的问题,查阅大量相关文献,设计一种用于小颗粒及粉状物料大量程连续物位监测仪表。连续物位射频监测仪采用双传感器探测极分别采集信号的设计,将连续测量简化为定点测量,提高了系统的稳定性与精确度;采用集成运算放大器TLV2624为核心元件构成的振荡、放大电路。传感器探测极由不锈钢和全氟烷氧基树脂PFA高耐腐蚀氟塑材料组成,与电子线路相结合,在测量过程中对电路产生的温漂加以补偿,保证仪表在实际应用中跟踪测量的适用性和可靠性。主控部分主要为系统测量提供精确的定时器,采集信号的分析处理,数据显示,输出控制,修改阈值和数据存储。以单片机C8051F020为主控部分,配合数字逻辑控制电路从硬件上保证步进电机的驱动信号正确的输出。系统中还包括ZLG7289的显示驱动控制,参数掉电保护,RS485接口等构成的主控部分外围线路。连续物位射频监测仪经过多次试机,实现了电流4-20mA输出,性能稳定、测量准确,已达到设计要求,可进行现场应用。
【Abstract】 This topic was through full investigation for different applications environment inthe field of the current level monitoring, understanding the actual production needs andthe problems encountered by the existing level monitor, also inspecting a large numberof related literature, to propose a continuous level monitoring instruments used in widerange of small particles and powdered materials.Continuous level RF monitor used dual-sensor probe pole to respectively collectsignal. Its continuous measurement was simplified as a fixed-point measurement,Improved the stability and accuracy of the system. It used Integrated OperationalAmplifier TLV2624as the core element constituting the oscillation amplification circuit.Sensor detection electrode was composed of stainless steel and Polyfluoroalkoxy highlycorrosion resistant fluoroplastic material, combined with the electronic circuit. It couldcompensate for the temperature drift of the monitor in the measurement process toguarantee the applicability and reliability of meter tracking measurement in practicalapplications. Master part mainly provided accurate timer, analysis processing ofcollecting signals, data display, output control, modifying threshold and data storage forsystem measurements. Using MCU C8051F020as the master part, with the digital logiccontrol circuit, ensured the correct output for stepper motor drive signal from hardware.The system also includes ZLG7289display drive control, parameter power-downprotection, RS485interface, etc. constituted the main control part of the peripheralcircuit.Continuous level RF monitor has realized current4-20mA output, stableperformance and accurate measurement through many test machines. It has reached thedesign requirements and could be used in field applications.
