【副题名】以财经类专业为例

【摘要】 随着社会和经济的不断发展,人们对职业教育提出的要求也相对更高了。而如何才能使得职业学校得到更好的发展,办出自身的特色,能够拥有长足的竞争优势,就只有依靠高质量、高水平的教学活动的支撑。而真正能够给予教学活动支持和帮助的就是那些水平较高、质量较好的职业学校的校本教材。虽然,目前职业学校校本教材开发取得了相应的成绩,但是,职业学校校本教材还是存在很多问题。而且,这些问题一定程度上阻碍了职业学校的整体发展。笔者以“职业学校校本教材开发的现状——以财经类专业为例”为主题,一方面通过文献资料对职业学校财经类专业校本教材开发状况有了一个初步的了解。同时,对职业学校财经类专业校本教材的内容选择、文字量、栏目的设置、图文匹配、图文比例、字体大小等方面进行了研究。另一方面,再对湖南省长沙市几所职业学校做了实际的调查研究,采取了问卷调查与访谈调查两种方式。本文共分为五章。第一章,引言,该部分主要阐述了问题的提出、研究现状以及研究意义。第二章,职业学校校本教材开发的构成元素解读,该部分介绍了开发人员、开发的方法、程序、原则,开发的管理制度。第三章,职业学校校本教材开发的现状——以财经类专业为例,主要阐述了校本教材开发取得的成绩以及存在的问题。第四章,职业学校财经类专业校本教材开发存在问题的原因分析,主要是对存在问题的原因进行了分析。第五章,职业学校财经类专业校本教材开发的策略部分,从提升开发人员能力素质、完善管理制度并加强评价指导、改进激励机制、增加足够经费这四个大的方面提出了职业学校进行财经类专业校本教材开发的相关策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the society and economy, the requirements of people to vocational education are relatively higher. And how to make the vocational schools more developed, and reflect its own characteristics to have considerable and competitive advantages, that relies on the support of high-quality and high-level teaching activities. And it is a higher level and better quality of school-based teaching materials in vocational schools that can really give the support and help to the teaching activities. Although the development of school-based teaching materials in vocational schools is progressed, there are still a lot of problems in it. To some extent, these problems hinder the overall development of vocational schools.The author takes "the present situation of development of school-based teaching materials in vocational schools——take the financial specialty for example " as the theme of the study. On the one hand, through the study of the literatures on development of school-based teaching materials in vocational schools, author has a preliminary understanding on the situations of them. At the same time, author studies the contents of school-based teaching materials in vocational schools, including the selecting, the amount, the setting of columns, the graphics match and proportion, the font size and other aspects of them. On the other hand, with the means of questionnaire and interview survey, author investigates some vocational schools in Changsha City, Hunan Province.This paper is divided into five chapters. The First Chapter is "The Introduction", this part mainly remarked the reasons, the research status and significance of this paper. The Second Chapter is "The Elements of Development of School-Based Teaching Materials in Vocational Schools",this part introduced the part of developers, the development of methods, procedures, principles and the management system. The Third Chapter is "The Present Situation of Development of School-Based Teaching Materials in Vocational Schools——Take the Financial Specialty for Example". This part mainly states the achievements and the problems on development of school-based teaching materials of the financial specialty in vocational schools. The Fourth Chapter is "The Analysis of Reasons for the Problems in Development of School-Based Teaching Materials of the Financial Specialty in Vocational Schools", it analyzes the related reasons for the problems. The Fifth Chapter,"The Strategies of Development of School-Based Teaching Materials of the Financial Specialty in Vocational Schools", this chapter proposes four strategies, that is "enhancing the quality and capacity of personnel","improving the management system and strengthening the guidance of the evaluation","developing the incentive mechanism",and "increasing the adequate funding"更多还原
