电梯控制系统设计与对等群控调度算法研究

【摘要】 电梯问世一百多年以来,随着社会经济发展的越来越快,人类科技文化水平发展的越来越高,电梯控制方式由当初普通人工控制升降逐步升级为控制系统控制电梯自动运行。随着电梯交通人流量的越来越大,电梯也从当初的单台独立运行转变为多台电梯联合调度运行。多台电梯之间的联合群控运行是一种具有高度复杂性和动态性的调度过程。如何让多台群控中的电梯合理有效的运行,是电梯群控调度算法所需要解决的首要问题。本文首先设计了电梯控制系统,系统由电梯主控制器板、电梯轿厢控制器板及电梯外召板组成。在控制系统的基础上针对原电梯群控系统在群控过程中厅外呼梯请求预先分配不合理,尤其在单梯遭到人为遮挡时,预先分配给此单梯的厅外呼梯请求得不到及时响应以及群控调度方式等诸多问题,提出了一种全新的群控调度方法:对等群控调度方法。该对等群控调度算法不再采用集中式调度算法对接收到的厅外呼梯请求预先分配到群控中的各台单梯,而是在群控系统中开辟一块群控外呼共享池,将群控中的所有单梯外呼请求存放在外呼共享池中,群控中的各单梯实时查询外呼共享池中的外呼请求,根据当前单梯的实际运行情况,在完成一次行车服务后给其他单梯发送外呼服务请求命令,群控中的其他单梯收到此命令后根据自身运行状态发送同意或者拒绝响应,请求梯在收集完响应后,如果全部同意则启动一次外呼的服务行车,并将此外呼服务请求从外呼共享池中清除,完成一次运行服务。嵌入对等群控调度算法的电梯群控调度系统与原群控调度系统相比能有效的提高电梯的运行效率,尤其在群控中的其他单梯遭到遮挡时效果更加明显,实现了对等群控调度算法的预期目标。
【Abstract】 There are about one hundred years since the first elevator has been used. With theincreasingly rapid social and economic development and the human science and culturallevel of the development of increasingly high, the elevator control mode from the originalof ordinary manual control movements gradually upgraded to a control system to controlthe elevator automatically run. Since the elevator traffic flow of people is increasing, theelevator run mode changed from the original single independent run into run elevatorsjointly. The joint between the multiple elevator group control operation is a highly complexand dynamic nature of the scheduling process. How to make the elevator group control ofmultiple reasonable and effective running is the first problem the elevator group schedulingalgorithm must to solve.First, an elevator control system was designed. This system is combined by the maincontrol board, elevator car controller board and the elevator outcall board. Against theunreasonable of the outcall call service request pre-allocated, especially the elevator carboard was head off by some people, the outcall services were not been serviced quickly, anew elevator group control scheduling system was come up-equal elevator group controlscheduling system. Equal group control scheduling system is no longer centralizedscheduling algorithm previously received out call service request is assigned to a singleelevator but opened up to a outcall shared pool group control outer the call signal stored onoutgoing calls shared pool, shared pool outside the call signal call outside group controlsingle staircase, real-time query, according to the actual operation of the single staircase,complete a driving service sent to other single staircase outside call service requestcommand single staircase in the group control receipt of this command is sent according totheir running state agree or refuse to respond to requests ladder after collecting theresponse, if all agree to start the service lane of outbound calls, the addition call servicerequest clear call from outside the shared pool, complete the first run service.Group control scheduling system, compared with the original group control scheduling system can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the elevator,especially other single staircase in the group control was obscured when the effect is morepronounced, the beginning of the design target.
