龙门吊“油改电”碳排放量核算及其效益分析模型

【摘要】 轮胎式龙门起重机是港口主要的作业设备之一。它的耗油量大,碳排放量高,是当前港口进行绿色改造的主要设备之一,因此,对于轮胎式龙门起重机进行绿色改造的综合效益分析是当前国内外学者进行研究的重点课题。本文在对全生命周期评价方法进行详细研究的基础之上,从全生命周期的视角出发分别给出了传统轮胎式龙门起重机以及以电力为动力源的轮胎式龙门起重机作业单位时间的二氧化碳排放量核算模型,同时,以大连港为例进行了实例验证,并且对其结果进行了比较分析。同时,为了更好的调动企业进行龙门吊“油改电”的积极性,本文给出了在政府引入碳排放税对企业龙门吊“油改电”进行负向激励的情形下,在一定规划期内,完成龙门吊“油改电”的优化模型,以便企业在龙门吊“油改电”的过程中耗费最低的成本,并且,以大连港为例对模型进行了实例验证。同时,本文还对龙门吊“油改电”过程中,政府的补贴政策进行了分析,并且以大连港为实例,研究了不同的政府补贴对于企业龙门吊“油改电”的推动作用。本文从全生命周期的视角研究了龙门吊“油改电”的碳排放量的变化,实证分析证明龙门吊“油改电”对于减少港口的碳排放量具有十分重大的意义,有利于进一步激励政府推动龙门吊“油改电”的进程,促进港口环境的尽快好转,实现港口经济的可持续发展。同时,本文所建立的效益优化模型,实证分析证明有利于进一步调动企业进行龙门吊“油改电”的积极性,有利于政府根据实际情况进行适当的补贴,实现社会效益的最大大化。

【Abstract】 Rubber-tyred gantry crane is one of the main operating equipment in port. It’s fuel consumption is large,and it’s carbon emissions is high.It is one of the main equipment of the current port green renovation. Therefore, the comprehensive benefit analysis of the rubber tired gantry crane green renovation is the key of the current scholars at home and abroad research topic.Firstly,this paper respectively has a detailed research on the whole life cycle assessment method.Then from the angle of view of the whole life cycle,we give the model which calculate the traditional rubber tired gantry crane and electric power as the power source of the rubber-tyred gantry crane operation of carbon dioxide emissions per unit time.We have taken dalian port as an example to verify the model and and has carried on the comparative analysis to the result.At the same time, in order to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises for gantry crane "oil to electricity".When the government introduces a carbon tax for enterprise to carry on gantry crane "oil to electricity "as a negative motivation, at a certain planning period, the article presents the complete optimization model of gantry crane" oil to electricity ", so that enterprises in the process of gantry crane "oil to electricity are at the lowest cost.And at the same time the feasibility of the model are verified.This article also, in the process of gantry crane "oil to electricity", analyzes the government’s subsidies policy and take dalian port as an example to study the action which the different government subsidies can take to the gantry crane "oil to electricity"This paper from the perspective of whole life cycle studies the change of carbon emissions that the gantry crane "oil to electricity"results in. The empirical analysis proves that gantry crane "oil to electricity" in reducing carbon emissions has the very big significance of ports.lt is conducive to further motivate government to promote the process of gantry crane "oil to electricity", promote the port environment improvement as soon as possible, realize the sustainable development of port economy. At the same time, the efficiency optimization model established in this paper, the empirical analysis shows it is conducive to further mobilize enterprise the enthusiasm of gantry crane "oil to electricity", is beneficial to government subsidies appropriately according to actual condition and realize the maximization of the social benefit.
