【摘要】 该软件针对国内工业界的典型需求,基于具体的常用模具类型的计算机辅助设计需求目标,立足于通用计算环境开发实现当前国内工艺界较典型的模具产品类型的定量辅助设计及产品信息管理功能。该软件针对模具产品的结构信息管理、单分型面注射模辅助设计功能、双分型面注射模辅助设计功能和单斜导柱侧向分型与抽芯注射模辅助设计等典型功能,该软件系统对输入数据进行一系列的分析处理直到生成输出目标数据,实现计算机模具辅助设计流程。论文在需求分析的基础上较为详细地讨论了软件架构设计以及数据管理、设计流程管理和视图管理的设计与实现。该软件按照现代软件工程的项目管理展开开发,基于面向对象的理念和技术对软件的静态结构和动态行为进行建模并在此基础上实施开发管理,具体原则就是以用户需求为驱动、以软件架构为核心,通过循序渐进的渐进式迭代修改和完善的螺旋提升的软件项目开发,在每一轮循环迭代中都尽可能地明确本阶段的开发目标从而将风险因素降到最低,保证了该软件开发的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The software presented in this thesis operates for computer-aided mould development oriented to domestic requirements in mechanical industry applications and based-upon general computing environments.Adaptive to mould products structural information management requirements in design of integration production which the new technology represented by mould design technology combining with traditional and rising manufacturing industry. In this thesis some subjects are presented for the design and implementation of the mould development process support software system according to the real manufacturing requirements of the industry. It discusses the main function requirements of the software and the design and implementation of the software functions. The main function modules include general operation simulation module, plastic and injection mould design analysis and evaluation module, tool setting process simulation module, mould design processing and parameters management module, numerical control programming module and numerical control process simulation management module. Using the integrated frame, this software achieves graphical display functions for process preparation, table board operation, tool setting preparation, parameters setting and optimization support. The software runs reliably and stablely since the test running, it brings apparently cost and efficiency advantage for numerical control operation and reaches the main system objectives.更多还原
