【摘要】 随着城市化的发展,城市的建筑土地也是越来越稀少,为了更好的利用土地,城市建设大量高层建筑。建筑行业的发展离不开混凝土。混凝土的出现,带动了对混凝土的市场需求,出现了很多混凝土搅拌站,这也增加了对混凝土搅拌站的信息管理系统的需求。目前,生产的信息化和自动化是搅拌站发展的方向。随着计算机技术的发展,计算机作为一种新型的工具对社会的发展产生了巨大的影响,在生产管理中利用计算机已经成为了一个趋势。为了提高工作效率,大连嘉丰砼制品公司决定采用搅拌站信息管理系统来满足当前生产需求。本文提出用J2EE平台解决混凝土搅拌站内部生产管理的问题,并通过B/S结构来促进生产部门与其他部门的交流。本设计采用模型(model),视图(view),控制器(controller)三层框架进行开发,使得业务层与数据层分离。为了实现基本的数据操作,我们利用数据库连接池来减轻数据库服务器的压力。在本工程中采用MySQL作为数据库服务器。方便网页和应用程序的调用,在Tomcat服务器我们使用了连接池。Java技术的各种优点都显而易见,例如跨平台和安全性。这种方案在社会中得到广泛的应用。该系统已经在企业中应用。本文通过对大连嘉丰砼制品有限公司搅拌站信息管理系统的设计与构建,采用多种方法分析现有的生产流程,分析了现有流程中存在的问题,以及如何采用搅拌站信息管理系统来解决上述问题,最后设计出了嘉丰混凝土搅拌站信息管理系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of urbanization, city’s construction land is less, so in order to use land more efficiency, city construct many tall buildings. Concrete’s appearance stimulate the market demand for concrete, there are a lot of concrete mixing plants, prompts the demand of concrete mixing plant’s informationalization management system. Construction can’t develop without concrete. Now, production’s informationalization and automation is concrete mixing plant’s developing direction.According to development of computer technology, computer as a new tool has had huge impact on social development, make use of computer in production management has become a trend. In order to improve the efficiency of production, Jiafeng Concrete products company decide to use a Mixing plant information management system to meet the production need.This article proposed a solution to solve the problem in cement-mixture enterprise’s inner production management by using J2EE platform. We design the function by B/S module to promote the communication between production department and other department. So as to each business process. This system is designed as the Model, View, Controller three frameworks to develop, separate the operation tier from the database tie. We use the database connection pools to achieve the basic data operation to reduce burdens of database server, MySQL, which is used as the database server in this project. We deploy the connection pools in the Tomcat server, in order to use them in the applications and web pages easily, all the advantages of Java can be easily seen, such as cross-platform and safety. This solution is being widely accepted in society.
