80米圆型堆取料机的改进设计与分析

【摘要】 圆型堆取料机是水泥,电力,煤炭企业圆型料场的预均化设备,是保证企业连续生产的关键设备,圆型堆取料机的性能直接决定企业产品的稳定性和可靠性。因此保证圆型堆取料机的机构和结构的先进性是改进设备整体性能的前提。本文以河南煤业集团的实际项目为工程背景,对现有的80米圆形料场堆取料机进行了深入分析与研究,提出改进方案,完成新设计,并实施于产品的实际研制中。本文首先收集和研究国内外相关文献,阐述了80米圆型料场堆取料机现有组成与工作原理。其次在分析现有的结构机构形式基础上,对料场储量空间、行走驱动机构和回转驱动机构等提出相应改进方案,使机构更为紧凑、整机性能有效提高。最后对堆取料机的钢结构进行设计,并建立有限元模型,校核分析结构的强度与刚度,对比分析了改进前后结构的应力状态,以表明改进后结构的合理性。通过实际产品的试制与应用,进一步表明改进后的结构机构的可行性。

【Abstract】 Round-type Stacker-reclaimer is cement, electric power, coal enterprises circular material field homogenizing equipment, is to ensure the continuous production of key equipment, Round-type Stacker-reclaimer performance directly affect the stability and reliability of the product. Thus ensuring the Round-type Stacker-reclaimer mechanism and the structure of the advanced equipment is improved the overall performance of the premise.Based on the practical project of Henan coal industry group as the engineering background, the existing Φ80Round-type Stacker-reclaimer undertook thorough analysis and research, put forward the improvement scheme, the completion of the new design, and implement in the actual product development.Firstly, on the collection and analysis of related literature at home and abroad, expounds the Φ80Round-type Stacker-reclaimer of existing components and working principle.After analyzing the existing structure body form based on the material field, to reserve space, walk driving mechanism and a rotation driving mechanism and put forward the corresponding improvement scheme, make the structure more compact, effective improve machine performance.At the end of the Stacker-reclaimer steel structure design, and the establishment of finite element model, analysis of structural strength and rigidity, comparative analysis of the improved structure stress state, to indicate that the improved structure.Through the actual product testing and application, further shows that the improved structure of the feasibility.
