江宁供电公司人力资源管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 为了适应国家电网对电力企业的规范化管理和]提高企业的人力资源效率,江宁供电公司在省供电局统一规划下开发新一代面向行业集成化管理的企业业务运行管理信息系统,其中人力资源管理是其中一个重要的功能子系统,本文对此进行设计和实现方面的论述。该人力资源管理信息系统是一个全面基于网络化的信息系统,支持用户按照规范内容和规范流程进行多角色、多层次人力资源管理的系统。本系统以灵活定义和调整的组织人事数据为基础,通过处理人力资源管理和人力资源开发业务的多个专业功能模块,可帮助企业实现组织规划及职位体系建设、人事信息管理、任职资格与能力评估、员工的招聘选拔、内部业务与能力提升培训的建立及实施、员工的绩效的管理及评估、薪酬管理,以及保险管理、考勤管理、人力资源数据的统计分析报表等人力资源管理和开发的信息化应用。人力资源管理信息系统是一个可以进行企业全员网络化应用的系统,在企业专门人力资源管理人员运用本系统进行各种人力资源管理事务,帮助企业形成规范化的人力资源管理方法和流程,促进企业人力资源管理的完善和提升。本文对以上功能的主要方面从需求分析到相应的软件设计与实现进行了讨论,给出了主要功能的用例、数据库设计和主要内部业务流程,以及相应的程序实现及测试。该系统目前的测试运行稳定可靠,达到设计开发目标并接受下阶段的进一步完善。

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the National Grid’s standard management to electric power companies and improve the enterprrises’human resource efficiency, and with the coordination of provincial power supply bureau,the power supply companies developed a new generation of industry-oriented integrated business management information system. And human resource management is one of the important function sub-systems.This paper discusses design and implementation of the system.This human resource management information system is an overall network based information system.It supports the users to deal with multiple roles and multiple level human resource management following standard contents and flows.With the flexible identified and adjusted human resource data as its foundation, the system has a few of professional function modules dealing with human resource management and developing work. It can help companies to realize many human resource management and informational applications such as organization planning,job position system construction, human resource information management,professional qualification and ability evaluation,employee hiring,implement of internal work ability improvement training,employee performance management and evaluation,salary management,insurance management,work attendance management and human resource data counting and analysis reports,etc.Human resource management information system is a system which can be used by every employee through network.In the companies,human resource management administrators use this system to deal with varies of human resource management affairs,help the company to construct standard human resource management methods and flows, promote the company’s human resource management improvement.This paper discusses demand analysis,corresponding software design and implementation of the above functions, gives main functions’user cases,database design, main internal operation flows and related programming and testing.The system’s current test running show stable and reliable,it reaches the development target and will be improved in next phase.
