【摘要】 随着能源的日渐枯竭、环境的不断恶化,资源和环境问题成为当今人类社会面临的最主要问题。近年来,可续持续发展观念已经广泛渗透到自然科学、社会科学之中。各行各业都在进行着针对可持续发展和循环经济的研究和探讨。我国的家具出口总量已经占据世界首位,而然普遍依赖高耗能、高污染的劳动密集型家具产业对自然环境产生了严重的破坏,于是家具产业的绿色化势在必行。绿色设计是以生态和环境保护作为目的,对产品生命周期中的各因素加以控制,以期对环境产生的影响最小而提出的设计概念和方法。绿色设计决定了绿色产品的“绿色度”,是绿色技术的核心。因此,对绿色设计的研究是产品绿色化的必要保证,是实现产业绿色化和可持续发展的有效途径。本文围绕产品全生命周期,运用辩证构思、减量化等绿色设计原则,对家具设计生命周期中的各个环节的特点进行分析和综合评价,得出了一系列针对设计方案的绿色设计优化方法,并从解放思想、转变观念的角度指出了绿色设计的发展方向。在材料选择环节,提出了利用回收材料进行重新组合的方法。在产品的回收环节提出了建立家具回收体系的构想,并阐述了升级回收的概念。在绿色家具的整个生命周期环节中,细致地对各个部分进行了深入的调查和研究,具有较强的实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the energy exhaustion and environmental deterioration, resource and environmental problems become the main problems facing human society today. In recent years, the concept of sustainable development has been widely infiltrated into natural science and social science. Studies and discussions on sustainable development and recycling are being conducted in all kinds of industries.The total amount of the export of China’s furniture has occupied the first place in the world, but labor intensive furniture industry that rely on high energy consumption and high pollution has caused serious damage to the natural environment, so the green furniture industry is extremely urgent. Green design is a method which based on the ecological and environmental protection as the goal, to control all the factors in the product life cycle to reduce the environmental pollution. Green design is the core of green technology which decides the "green" extent of green products. Therefore, research on green design is necessary to ensure the production of green products, is the effective way to realize the green industry and the sustainable development.Based on the whole life cycle of product, the use of dialectical thinking and reduction of green design principles, analysis and comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of the design life cycle in furniture, obtained a series of design method for green design optimization. From the liberation of thought, change the concept of perspective, points out the development direction of the green design. In material selection, recycled materials are considered to be the raw material for furniture producing. In the recovery process, puts forward the idea of establishing the furniture recycling system, and explains the concept of upgrading recovery. In the green furniture throughout the life cycle process, carefully conducted in-depth investigations and studies of each part, has some practical significance.更多还原
