【摘要】 抗日战争胜利后,国共两党展开了对东北地区的争夺。中共中央为争取东北进行了积极的部署,成立了东北局。在此期间,陈云身担要职,具体组织和领导了根据地的各项建设工作,并在这一过程中形成了东北根据地建设思想。本文首先从主客观两个方面分析了陈云东北根据地建设思想形成的背景和条件。他这一思想的形成既与东北地区的复杂局势和共产党的战略需求与部署相关,又与他自身丰富的斗争经验、坚定的革命理论、全局性的领导地位和良好的个人素质分不开。在外部环境和内在因素的双重作用下,他的这一思想逐渐产生,并很好地指导了革命斗争实践。政治建设思想、经济建设思想和军事建设思想构成了陈云东北根据地建设思想的主要内容。政治建设思想包含了农村政权建设思想、城市政权建设思想和党建思想三部分；经济建设思想主要是陈云对东北财经理论的贡献,明确地指导了东北农村与城市经济的恢复与发展；军事建设思想主要是陈云关于战略部署、作战方针和军队建设的理论。对陈云东北根据地建设思想的内容做了分析与总结后,本文以客观的态度对其特点和贡献做了探讨与评价。陈云的东北根据地建设思想体现了因地制宜、因时而变的决策观,乱中求稳、稳中求进的辩证观和坚持协调诸方、统筹兼顾的全局观。这一思想为共产党制定东北的战略和方针提供了正确的建议和参考,对巩固北满和坚持南满提供了全局性的指导,并在东北财经的恢复和发展与接管大城市迅速建立政权方面发挥了独特的不可替代的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Anti-Japanese war, the northeast area becomes the focus that the Chinese Communist Party and the Kuomintang contend for. The communist party conducts the active deployment to strive for the northeast region and establishes the Northeast Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. During that time, Chen Yun takes on the key post, and organizes each construction work of the Northeast Base. Therefore, he forms the construction thought of the Northeast Base.The article analyzes the background and conditions subjectively and objectively in which Chen Yun’s construction thought of the Northeast Base forms. The formation of his thought is closely related to the complex situation of the northeast region and the strategic demand of our Party. It also deals with his rich experience in struggle, his firm revolutionary theory,his overall importance leading position and his good personal qualities. Under the dual roles of external and internal factors of the environment, his construction thought gradually shapes, and guides the practice of revolutionary struggle well.The political construction thought, the economic development thought and the military construction thought are the primary coverage of Chen Yun’s construction thought of the Northeast Base. The political construction thought includes the thoughts of regime construction in countryside, city and urban national power construction thought and party construction. The economic construction thought is mainly Chen Yun’s contribution to the theory of the northeast finance and economics, and it instructs the restoration and development of the northeast countryside and city explicitly. The military construction thought is mainly Chen Yun’s theory about strategic deployment, operational policy and army building.After an in-depth analysis of Chen Yun’s construction thought of the Northeast Base, the article intends to discuss and evaluate its characteristics and contributions in an objective way. Chen Yun’s thought of northeast base construction thought embodies the policy-making view, the dialectical view and the overall situation view. The thought provides the correct suggestion and reference for our Party in formulating northeast strategy and policy. And it offers overall instruction in consolidating the Northern Manchuria as well. Finally it plays the irreplaceable role in restoring the northeast finance and economics, developing and taking over the big city, and establishing the political power.更多还原
