【摘要】 随着计算机的应用和广泛普及,职业者们已经开始越来越多地利用电脑来解决工作问题。人力资源管理是企业管理活动中非常重要的一个部分,浪费时间,工作量巨大,面对层出不穷的人力资源工作,在现有的人力和物力前显得就很乏力。辽宁电信拥有众多的员工,而为员工进行绩效考核则成为企业的一道难题。如果解决不当,则会造成考核效率低下,增加人力资源部工作负荷,增加工作隐形成本,有可能引起考核不及时不准确,从而影响整体公司运营效率所以,一个界面简洁,功能强大的人力资源管理系统是目前企业迫切的需要,这就是人力资源管理系统的发展的目的和意义。本文中所描述的人力资源管理系统,高效的B/S模式,实现人力资源管理与绩效考核系统,查询,自动更新,设置密码,工资和福利的统计分布的各种功能。提高企业的管理效率和整体竞争力,以满足现代企业现代化、高效化的管理需要。JSP中继承所有的Java语言的特点和发展前景非常广阔,这个项目只用JSP作为经典的Struts开发框架,使用Hibernate的数据持久层方面的基本选择语言。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development and popularization of the computer, people have begun to increasingly use computers to solve the problem. Human Resource Management is an important part of enterprise information management.Liaoning Telecom Company has a large number of staff, and staff performance appraisal has become the enterprise problems. If handled properly, will cause the appraisal efficiency is low, increasing human resources department work load, increase the hidden costs, may cause the examination time is not accurate, thus affecting the overall operation efficiency.A huge waste of time, the use of manpower to tackle the face of the enormous amount of human resources information, but also a waste of material and human resources, and low accuracy of the data. Therefore, the development of an interface is friendly, easy-to-human resource management software for the automated processing become very important, which is the purpose and significance of the development of this system. Human resources management system described in this paper, efficient B/S mode to achieve the various functions of human resource management systems, multi-criteria query, update, password settings, the statistical distribution of salary and bonus features.
