【Abstract】 Nowadays in China, financial market reform is experiencing a pivotal period, the development of bond fund market in China has great practical significance, this is not only the positive momentum of the reform, but also to improve the current Chinese investment channels and the conversion from the high social saving to investment.Nowadays Chinese financial market lacks of reliable investment channels, so the development of bond fund market has very important significance and product innovation is the key factor of developing Chinese bond fund market. The paper makes a detailed analysis of the development of Chinese bond fund market and compares the international fund market in developed countries, researches on the innovative ways of bond funds as well as several important innovative products, finally, we analyze the impact factors and obstacles of Chinese bond fund product innovation.更多还原
