【摘要】 本设计以长白山数字化管理服务平台建设方案为课题，通过对长白山数字化管理服务平台运营管理现状来调研与分析研究，以研究如何为客户需求作为导向，以提升数字化管理的服务运营、管理能力作为目标，提供跨产业务的平台统一运营能力的数字化管理服务系统，使其更好的适应旅游业运营的模式转变及市场竞争方面的要求。此外，本设计还对构建数字化的运营管理体系，提升差异化的旅游资源整合能力，优化数字管理服务发展机制和管理模式进行了深入的研究、探索。本设计提出的构想是一种基于知识的系统化创新方法，将填补长白山智能化旅游管理的一个空白，对长白山旅游未来发展将起到至关重要的作用。本设计为长白山数字化管理服务平台建设项目，整个管理平台的建设内容包括六个部分：一是长白山北、西、南景区监控监管系统，二是地理信息系统，三是信息指挥中心（北景区控制监管中心），四是长白山旅游门户网、长白山电子商务网，五是长白山数据中心，六是运营及推广等内容。在相关理论中，注重以系统开发方法论、计算机网络技术、互联网与物联网技术以及地理信息系统等理论来指导该平台建设方案，针对长白山数字化管理系统需求分析问题上，笔者通过对长白山数字化管理系统需求调查、数据中心（计算机网络建设）等方面来进行分析研究。为进一步的长白山数字化管理平台设计提供支撑，以此来注重系统架构设计、信息指挥中心设计、旅游网设计、电子商务网站设计等内容的把握。最后笔者提出了长白山数字化管理平台运行保障，在这一部分主要是从长白山数字化管理平台的组织机构设置、数字化管理平台的运行与维护、系统审计等内容来进行论述分析，以期待该方案的设计更具有可行性。本设计所研究内容是现实工作中真实案例，并以在工业工程领域学习内容为基础共同完成。在当今的时代，知识与信息是极其的丰富，而对本人所属的旅游企业来说，真正的稀缺是能有意义地使用它们的能力，即应用知识的实施技术上创新的能力。文章以两年来学习的基本原理为基础，以工作中实际经验为主体，构建了创新方法推广长白山数字化管理服务平台建设的基本框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 This design is based on the project of Changbai Mountain digital management andservice platform for the subject, through the analysis of research status, operation andmanagement platform of Changbai Mountain digital management, to study how to takethe customer demand as the guidance, to promote the digital management of serviceoperation, management ability as the goal, the digital service system provides theunified service platform operation ability, make it adapt to transformation of tourismoperation mode and the requirements of market competition. In addition, the design ofconstruction digital management system, to enhance the ability of integration of tourismresources, to explore and research, further optimization of digital management servicedevelopment mechanism and management mode. Concept of this design is proposed inthis paper is a systematic innovation method based on knowledge, will fill a gap inChangbai Mountain Intelligent Tourism Management, the future development ofChangbai Mountain tourism will play a crucial role in.Construction project the project for the Changbai Mountain digital managementand service platform, the management platform construction content includes six parts:one is the Changbai Mountain north, West, south area monitoring and supervisionsystem, two is the geographic information system, the three is the Information Center(north area control supervision center), four is the Changbai Mountain tourism portal, Changbai Mountain electronic commerce network, five is the Changbai Mountain datacenter, six is the operation and promotion etc..In theory, pay attention to the system development methodology, the Internet andnetwork technology, computer network technology and the geographic informationsystem theory to guide the construction scheme of the platform, In view of the problemsof Changbai Mountain digital management system requirements, through investigation,data center of Changbai Mountain digital management system requirements (computernetwork construction and other aspects to analysis). To provide support for the design ofChangbai Mountain digital management platform further, in order to focus on the designof system architecture, information control center design, network design, tourismelectronic commerce website design content to grasp. Finally, the author put forwardChangbai Mountain digital management platform operation, mainly in this part isarranged, digital management platform from the organization of Changbai Mountaindigital management platform operation and maintenance, system audit content todiscourse analysis, design to expect the scheme is more feasible.In this paper, the research content is the real case in reality, and to study content inthe field of industrial engineering as the foundation work. In today’s era, knowledge andinformation are extremely rich, but for me the tourism enterprises, the real scarcity isthe meaningful use of their abilities, namely the application of knowledge to implementthe technical innovation ability.
