【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展，国内的医院数字化建设受到全社会的高度重视，基于数字化技术的医院数字化系统在医院的医疗工作、行政管理和控制决策等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而受到数字化技术、信息观念、经营理念和外部环境的不断变化等各种因素影响，作为我国医院中等级最高的三级甲等医院对于如何建立数字化医院，“医院数字化究竟要建设什么，标准体系和安全体系又是什么？”很难找到系统的理论依据和实际参考资料，本论文在充分研究国内外相关发达国家医院数字化建设的状况的基础上，提炼出他们的优点和存在的问题，并结合医院数字化建设框架的理论体系，同时参考专业公司的规划方案与模式，据此设计出X三级甲等医院数字化建设方案，力求通过作者的研究，为我国同类医院数字化建设提供建设框架和建设标准以及建设内容参考。本文的研究内容主要围绕数字化医院建设方案的六个层面，并参考和借鉴发达国家的数字化建设成果，总结数字化建设过程中遇到的问题，将六个层次逐步展开，构建每个层次的建设方案，从而构建成整个医院数字化建设的最终方案。具体研究内容包括：第一，根据文献资料和国内外的研究成果，呈现数字化医院建设的相关理论。主要探讨了数字化及数字化技术，数字化医院及其特点，三级甲等医院数字化的概念及其内涵，并总结前人的理论研究，提出三级甲等医院数字化建设框架，为后文数字化医院建设方案的展开做好铺垫。第二，医院数字化建设现状分析。对国外和国内的医院数字化建设现状进行分析和总结，呈现出个发达国家和国内值得借鉴的国家和地区的建设现状；并国内外医院数字化建设现状和文献资料进行归纳，提炼出我国三级甲等医院数字化建设可以遵循的原则；最后对现状和模式归纳，分析我国三级甲等医院数字化建设过程中可能出现的问题。第三，根据前文理论部分的建设框架和现状分析，结合实际分析X三级甲等医院数字化建设需求，通过对X医院数字化建设现状的分析和医院领导的沟通，汇总X医院的数字化需求，主要包括数据需求、功能需求和性能需求。第四，X医院数字化功能设计。通过作者对X三级甲等医院的数字化的需求分析勾绘出该医院的总体目标，然后对该医院的散打功能模块医疗、教学和科研进行功能设计。第五，X医院数字化实施方案。根据X医院的功能设计，从基础软硬件、数字化医疗设备、应用软件、网络规划、安全保障体系和标准体系以及人才队伍建设分别阐述实施方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current domestic hospital digitalization construction attaches greatimportance to by the whole society. Hospital digitization system based on digitaltechnology in hospital medical work, administrative management and control decisionare playing an increasingly important role, the whole country is in the digital hospitalconstruction. However, by the digital technology, information idea, management ideaand the change of the external environment and other effects.Third-Grade Class-AHospital as the top level of hospital in China, how to establish a digital hospital, whatis to build and what is the standard system and security system which is difficult tofind some theoretical basis and practical reference for a complete. This paper based onthe digital construction of hospital of home and abroad, refine their advantages andexisting problems, combined with the theoretical framework of digital hospitalconstruction, at the same time reference the planning model of Professional Company,design scheme of digital construction of three level of first-class hospital in china,through the author’s research, to provide the construction frame and construction standards and construction content of reference for the construction of Chinese digitalhospital.The main content of this paper focuses on six aspects of digital hospitalconstruction project, and reference digital construction achievements in developedcountries, summary the problems in the process of digitalization construction, step bystep construct scheme of each level, In order to construct the final solution of thewhole hospital digital construction. The research contents include:First, based on the literature and research results at home and abroad, presentsthe theory of construction of digital hospital. Mainly discusses the digital and digitaltechnology, Digital hospital and its characteristics, the concept and connotation of thethree level of first-class hospital digitalization, and summarized the previoustheoretical studies, propose the framework of the digital construction of three level offirst-class hospital, to pave the way for the expansion of the digital hospitalconstruction project.Second, analysis of the current situation of the digital hospital construction. Toanalyze and summarize the current situation of foreign and domestic hospital digitalconstruction, showing the worth learning construction from countries and regions ofdeveloped countries and domestic; and the digital hospital construction status and summarize the literature data, extracted a pattern the digital construction of three levelof first-class hospital in China can follow; summarized the status quo and patternfinally, analysis of the possible problems digitalization construction of three level offirst-class hospital in china.Third, according to the analysis of status quo and the construction framework ofthe above theory, combined with the actual propose the overall scheme of digitalconstruction of three level of first-class hospital in china. Construct the objective andprinciple of the digital construction of three level of first-class hospital in China, andbuild construction plan of each layer gradually.Fourth, case of hospital digital mode. The research on the digital model of a threelevel of first-class hospital, the hospital digital construction of features, benefits anddifficulties.Fifth, X digital hospital implementation.
