大豆质量可追溯系统构建

【摘要】 大豆作为重要的粮食作物和油料作物,在农业生产和食物消费系统中具有重要地位和作用,但同时面临着,播种面积及总产徘徊不前、出口表现不畅、生产成本较高,安全优势得不到体现、需求量增加较快等问题。伴随着国内食品安全问题频出,大豆质量安全可追溯系统的建立,可以解决信息不对称,成为充分发挥国产优质大豆优势的重要手段;可以明确责任划分,有效降低外部成本;可以有效应对贸易壁垒,增加大豆的出口能力;同时有利于大豆产业相关企业的差异化发展并确立竞争优势,以成为增强企业盈利能力的重要手段。本文通过对大豆产业链种植环节、加工环节、运输环节和销售环节分析,结合HACCP和GAP原料,确定各环节主要的过程追溯指标和安全追溯指标。借助EAN/UCC编码系统,确定各环节编码方案:种植环节产地编码采用产地代码+地块号;加工环节采用GTIN+产地编码;运输环节第一阶段采用采用GTIN+产地编码,第二阶段采用GTIN+生产批次号;销售阶段采用GTIN+生产批次号。大豆质量安全可追溯系统主要包括种植环节子系统、加工环节子系统、运输环节子系统、销售环节子系统、查询环节子系统五个功能模块,以及后台管理系统应用模块。应用APPSERV+PHP+MYSQL模式开发,采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)体系结构,建立系统运行软件,能够满足对系统的日常管理和查询功能。

【Abstract】 Soybean known as a main gain crop and oil crop, has played an important role in agricultural production and food consumption, meanwhile, faced the stagnated in sown area and total production, decreased in export performance, increased in the cost of production, lack of safety advantage and the increased in demand of products, etc.. Along with the domestic food safety issues frequent, soybean quality and safety can be traced back by the establishment of the system. Traceability system can solve the information asymmetry, become an important means to give full play to the domestic high-quality soybean advantage, make the clear division of responsibilities, and reduce the external costs effectively. The other advantage are dealing with trade barriers effectively, increasing the export capacity of the soybean, also promoting the soybean industry enterprises to create competitive advantage and differentiation, therefore, to improve the profitability of the business.The various aspects of the process in retrospective indicators and traceability indicators had been determined in this paper by means of analysis of the soybean industry chain (Cultivation, processing, transportation, sales), combined with the HACCP and GAP raw materials. The various aspects of coding schemes also had been determined with the EAN/UCC coding system, there are planting aspects of origin coding origin code+number of plots; processing part of the GTIN+origin encoding; the first stage of the transport links to the GTIN+origin coding, the second phase of the GTIN+production batch number; sales stage GTIN+production batch number.Soybean quality and safety traceability system including planting link subsystem, the link processing subsystem, transport links subsystem, the sales cycle subsystem query links subsystem five functional modules, as well as backstage management system application modules. Development application APPSERV+PHP+MYSQL Based mode, using the B/S (Browser/Server) architecture, create a system running the software to meet the day-to-day management and query capabilities of the system.
