双光楔扫描技术在红外导航设备中的应用

【摘要】 红外导航设备是作战飞机在夜间或不良能见度条件下执行作战任务必备的一种装备,为飞行员实时提供更清晰的环境图像,进一步提高飞机的飞行安全能力及作战能力。该设备也可安装在直升机等对重量、体积有严格要求的载体上,执行导航、搜救、监视、跟踪等任务。本文论述了红外导航设备的发展情况,对实现红外导航设备瞄准线运动的种类、结构及特点做了简要介绍。为使系统结构紧凑、小型化、重量轻,经分析比较,提出采用旋转双光楔作为该设备的视场扫描方案,通过控制两个光楔快速旋转一定角度,引导光轴到达特定的位置,实现瞄准线大范围的扫描,并以此为核心,完成对整个红外导航设备瞄准线运动机构的光学系统和机械结构设计本课题在该红外导航设备光学系统的设计中,系统地分析了光楔旋转角度与瞄准线角度的关系和瞄准线运动时光楔的控制规律,进行了光楔驱动机构中电机额定转速、额定力矩、峰值力矩的计算,负载需要的转速、力矩计算,光电编码器的验证计算,通过总体设计,得到红外导航设备总体所需的必要参数,为红外导航设备的研发打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 The fighter plane’s Forward Looking Infra-Red navigation equipment(FLIR) an essential kind of performance battle task equip under nighttime or bad visibility condition, For airplane pilot real time provide clearer environment image, The flight of the further exaltation airplane safe ability and war power. That equipments can also install etc. has strict request to the weight, cubage at the helicopter of carry a body top the performance navigate, rescue, surveillance, scout etc. task. This paper discussed developing of The FLIR process in detail, Category, structure and characteristics that takes aim at line move to the realization The FLIR did synopsis introduction, Through analysis compare. For make system structure tightly packed, small scaled turn, the weight is light. Put forward an adoption to revolve The Dual-wedge Prism Scaning System for the seeing of equipments’ field, Pass to control two prisms to quickly revolve certain angle, guide light axis to arrive particular position, carry out to take aim at scanning of the line big scope, and optical designing and mechanical construction designing were introduced as the main points.This paper systematically analyzed prisms to revolve angle and take aim at the relation of line angle, the control regulation of the prisms and the electrical engineering machine in the drive machine of nomina speed, Stall torque and Max torque of calculation, load to need of speed, the torque compute, the calculation of optoelectronics coder. In this paper, It’s necessary design parameters were obtained by FLIR overall designing, The sound foundation of researching FLIR was constructed.
