覆膜包衣机温度实时监测系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 覆膜包衣机是一种对片剂、丸剂和糖果等进行有机薄膜包衣、水溶薄膜包衣的设备。包衣机广泛应用于制药、化工、食品等行业。覆膜状况的优劣直接影响片剂的质量,劣质的覆膜使得片剂外观和功用都有所降低,因此必须对包衣机内覆膜状况进行监测。温度是影响包衣机内覆膜状况优劣的一个重要因素,通过对机内温度的监测,能够知道包衣机覆膜过程中的实时温度变化,还能根据此温度数据进行包衣机的工况分析得到包衣机最佳覆膜状态。由于包衣机是旋转体,采用有线方式对其进行温度测量在操作上很难实现,因此本文采用无线方式,使用4个DS18b20数字温度传感器、MSP430系列单片机MSP430F149和RS1100SE无线模块组成温度数据采集、发送和接收的下位机硬件电路,1个温度传感器在外围测量环境温度,另3个传感器伸入锅体内不同的深度,按照与锅内壁设定的不同距离进行机械安装,进行实时温度数据的采集。采集端的单片机使用一个盒子固定在锅体一起转动从而测量锅体的横向界面的圆周的温度,将采集的数据通过无线发射模块发送。在软件编程上需要对4个温度传感器的ROM地址进行搜索和识别,以便将温度传感器和温度数据一一对应。无线接收模块和另一单片机作为接收端接收温度数据,温度数据经过处理转换之后就可以供上位机获取。在上位机设计了一套包衣机温度实时监测软件。该软件包括串口通信、温度通道的选择、温度数据的获取、温度曲线的显示以及温度数据的保存。温度通道的序号需要根据下位机来进行标定,将4个通道的温度数据在坐标轴上进行曲线显示,并且将温度数据导入EXEL生成包衣机温度数据结果曲线,该曲线能够为后续的包衣机工况分析提供依据。本文根据包衣机的特性设计出了一套温度实时监测的软硬件系统,该系统经过实验检测效果良好,能够为覆膜包衣机覆膜工况的分析提供依据,对于实际制药生产具有重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Coating machine is used for organic film coating and water-soluble film coating of tablets, pills, and candy. Coating machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. The status of the coat directly affects the quality and the tablets, and therefore should be monitored. Temperature distribution inside the coating machine is an important factor influencing the coating process. By monitoring the temperature in the machine, we can not only know the changes of real-time temperature in the coating machine, but also analyze the working conditions based on the temperature data to obtain the best coating status of the tablets.As the coating machine is a rotating body, it is difficult to apply the wired temperature measurement method. In this thesis, we take wireless technology and use four digital temperature sensor of DS18b20,MSP430F149micro controllers of MSP430series and wireless module of RF1100SE to build the lower machine hardware circuit for the acquisition and wireless transmission of temperature data. One of the four temperature sensors is used for measuring the ambient temperature. The other three sensors are inserted into different depths of the tablet bed with different distances from the wall. The receiving side of the MCU is fixed to the wall of the coating machine and rotates together with it. The measured temperature data are sent by the wireless transmitter module. The ROM address of the for temperature sensors is searched and distinguished by software programming in order to correspond to the temperature sensor and temperature data. Wireless receiver module and another micro controller is the receiving end for receiving the temperature data which will be taken by the host computer after processing and conversion.A software for real-time temperature monitoring is developed for the coating machine. This software consists of modules including serial communication, the choice of temperature channel, the acquisition of temperature data, the display of temperature curves and the save of temperature data. The number of temperature channel is recognized through the lower machine. The temperature data of four channels are shown in the coordinate axis. The temperature data can be imported into EXEL for further analysis.In this paper, a real-time temperature monitoring hardware and software system was developed based on the characteristics of the coating machine. Experimental tests demonstrated the effectiveness of the system. The system can be used for measurement and analysis of coating process and is valuable for practical applications.
