【摘要】 随着我国信息化建设的飞速发展，校园网作为现代社会高校基础设施的重要组成部分，是提高高校教学科研水平和管理水平不可缺少的现代化手段。校园网已逐渐成为各高等院校必备的信息基础设施之一，国内很多高校建立了或基本建立了校园网，其规模及应用水平也已成为衡量学校教学与科研综合实力的一个重要标志。早期的校园网大都由学校自主建设，投资科学、合理，而近阶段的校园网大都由系统集成商承建，在投资上出现一些过大、脱离实际应用等现象，同时，由于学校、媒体甚至计算机业界，对校园网的特殊性缺乏全面、深入的理解和认识，投资上带有一定的盲目性和偏见，这在一定程度上制约了我国校园网的普及和发展；另外，高校的校园网建设项目一般都具有工期紧、投资成本低、质量要求高的特点。因此，如何应用项目管理理论与方法来高效地解决校园网建设中存在的问题，经成为校园网建设单位关注的热点，其研究具有重要的实际意义。论文针对目前高校校园网建设项目的现状，应用项目管理理论和方法分析了校园网建设项目中项目划分、时间安排、资金使用以及质量管理方面所存在的问题，从校园网建设的项目范围、进度、费用以及质量管理等多个方面提出了解决策略，提高了校园网建设项目的成功率，为解决我国校园网建设存在的突出问题，提供了经验和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information construction in China, The campusnetwork has gradually become one of the essential information infrastructure invarious universities and has become an important metrics to measure thecomprehensive strength of university, therefore, many colleges and universities haveestablished campus network and are used.Most of the early campus network was self-constructed. In recent years, most ofthe campus network are constructed by system integrators, which results in high costand low practicality. At the same time, due to the lack of a comprehensive, in-depthunderstanding, schools, the media and even the computer industry invests with acertain blindness and prejudice, which to some extent, restricted the popularity anddevelopment of the campus network. In addition, the college campus networkconstruction projects generally have a tight schedule, low investment cost, highquality requirements. Therefore how to effectively deal with this problems becomes aconcern hot point by Project Management Theory&Method. So the research is animportant practical meaning.In this thesis, according to the present state of college campus networkconstruction project, we use Project Management Theory&Method. To analyze theexisting problems in the project dividing, time planning, funding arrangements andquality management in the construction of campus network. And put forward thestrategies for dealing with relate field, practicality and operability, which improves thesucceed rate.
