【摘要】 在我国，随着医疗行业的发展，医疗技术不断更新和强大，但是医疗行业的信息化管理却没有与时俱进。在医疗物资管理这一领域，医疗物资的品种越来越多，应用范围越来越广，使用量越来越大，对其管理要求也越来越高，而现有的物资管理系统已不能满足医院的高效管理要求。目前，医院物资管理存在的最大问题，就是物资管理部门与物资使用部门之间无法共享信息，无法确认物资的流向。物资管理信息系统只是处理物资的入库、出库及盘点等相关的工作，并没有实现与医院临床信息系统HIS、医院成本核算等系统的对接，物资使用部门无法对本科室的库存物资进行管理与统计，医院财务部门亦无法知悉科室库存物资的出、入库数据，医院领导也无法对物资的流向实行追踪和监控。本文首先阐述了医疗耗材管理信息系统发展趋势以及国内外开发现状。然后结合具体医院的实际情况，确定系统的总体设计需求。论文详细描述完整的医院物资信息管理系统的设计思想、功能模块的划分。系统实现了入库管理，出库管理，库房管理，材料管理等功能，并通过三级库房的管理方式对医院仓库的物资进行管理，使医院及时了解仓库物资的收发存和各科室的在用情况以及病人材料使用情况。该系统可为医院降低人工管理成本，控制材料消耗成本，减少材料的浪费、流失，以及加速资金周转提供一种方便、快捷的管理途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our country, with the development of the medical industry, medical technologyconstantly updated, but the medical industry information management did not keep pace withthe times. In the field of medical material management, with more and more species ofmedical supplies, increasingly wide range of applications, more and more volume of usage,the management requirements are also getting higher and higher, and the existing materialmanagement system has not been able to meet the requirements of efficient management ofhospital. At present, the main problem between hospital material management department andthe medical Department is that the information is not shared, materials location can not betrailed. Materials Management system is responsible only for material storage, warehousingand inventory and other internal processing, but not associated with hospital HIS, costaccounting system. Medical department can not manage its own stock, financial department isunable to understand storage detail information, hospital managers are unable to carry outmonitoring and tracking the material flow.This paper first elaborated the development trend of medical supplies managementinformation system as well as the domestic and foreign development. And then combinedwith the specific conditions of hospital, determine the overall design of the system demand.The paper describes the complete hospital material management information system design,function modules.The system contains storage management, warehouse management,materials management and other functions.Managing the hospital warehouse using deparmentbased storage makes hospital managers instantly understand the of the condition of thewarehouse and the medical deparment,and the material usage of the patients.
