远程管理终端综合报修管理平台的开发和研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的不断进步和互联网的日益发展,智能电网对信息技术的种种要求都能得以很好地实现。随着信息化的的推进,各种以往使用的电力故障报修管理系统已经开始出现滞后。针对这个情况,上海市电力公司电能计量中心开发并已经开始运用“远程管理终端综合报修管理平台”,集合各个远程管理终端信息系统所有大用户计量装置故障报修、消缺信息,实现规范化的数据统计、综合分析、质量评估等功能,有效地推进远程管理终端信息系统的实用化运作。本文作者就参与该项目的过程,以亲身经历在本文中体现出该管理平台的构架和系统建设。本文将分别研究系统总体的平台设计,所需要的架构设计和相关技术,并且就目前的现实情况给出系统所要提供的业务流程,描述系统的各个模块的功能,提出开发中应用的主要理论和关键技术。并且将在最后测试系统,以便保证系统能够投入使用,达到预期的目的。系统采用J2EE作为平台,采取B/S模式,通过传统三层架构加以实现,采用分布式部署方式,数据库同应用服务相分离。本系统的开发环境以JAVA作为系统的开发语言。同时用Microsoft Office Visio2003和Rational Rose Enterprise Editor作为系统建模工具。采用了Sybase PowerDesigner数据库。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer and internet, smart grid’s demands ininformation technology can be realized well. The electric repair manage system usedbefore is lagging behind the information technology.To address this situation, Electrical energy measurement center of the ShanghaiMunicipal Electric Power Company has begun to development and use “The integratedmanagement repair platform of remote management terminal ". It is a collection ofsome systems, all the major users of the remote management terminal used thesesystems sended repair informations. And the platform to achieve some functions asstatistics, analysis, quality assessment ect. More effectively operations were promotedby the running of the remote management terminal information system.The author participated in the project process, and his experiences in this articlereflects the architecture of the platform and system construction. This paper will studythe overall system platform design, the architecture and related technologies.Then givethe present realities of the system to provide business process, and describe the functionof each module of the system, and explain the main theory of the development and keytechnologies.To ensure the system put into use, we used a final test system special forthe intended purpose.The system used J2EE platform and the B/S model. By using the traditionalthree-tier, the system’s database separate from application service. It used the JAVA asthe development environment. And it used the Microsoft Office Visio2003, RationalRose Enterprise Editor as modeling tools. The database used the SybasePowerDesigner.
