【摘要】 经过二十余年的发展,我国住宅产业在量上的增长已毋庸质疑。前些年产业发展的大起大落、产业投资的一放即乱和一收即死等,都表明了我国住宅产业缺乏良性的自增长机制。本文根据作者长期从事住宅设计的工作经历,期望对我国当前住宅产业正在发生的转型与发展在设计层面提出自己的见解,以期在我国设计层面针对适应转型要求的探索中做出一点努力。论文的主要研究分三章展开：第一章,对改革开放以来我国住宅产业发展历程进行简要回顾和特点的凝练；第二章,从土地状况、国民经济发展、城市化进程、居民消费结构变化、住房制度改革与市场发展等角度,分析住宅产业发展的动因；第三章,作者试图找寻产业发展的趋势,探寻产业发展的演变轨迹,提出可转型的模式。论文对某些必要的原则进行了探讨,同时简要阐述其具体操作方式。尝试提出对策和建议,目的是化解潜在风险,促使住宅产业走上持续健康发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of technology and the diversification of the society of man, during this time architects have formed a strong alliance with correlated subjects. On the other hand, the study appears weak in the field of the consumer market for suburban housing.In chapter one, the study analyzes the changes of the "Civilized House" in the past twenty years,then we can learn the development of Housing Desgin and Housing Industry In chapter two, it analyzes the different factors of development that house has undergone in that time. Chapter three through the use of trending statistics, examples, and expert opinions; I analyze the suburban house of the future; Discussing the direction of the transformation and development of housing and its effects on the cities of tomorrow.The population variation phenomenon shows that suburbanization exists. Now the emphasis of urban development has moved. This move has shifted to the development of suburbs. Market economy factors have been very influential to the transformation and development of these new suburban plots.更多还原
