【摘要】 Fasnet应用软件基础平台的特性是简化开发技术和提高开发效率,平台上的应用系统通过浏览器—Web方式进行开发和部署,省确了普通软件需要安装更新的麻烦,也降低了对计算机的硬件要求。Fasnet平台项目是一个项目群,分为很多小的项目,包括产品的开发和升级,还包括产品在不同客户、不同应用系统的实施,项目过程中采用一般简单的软件项目组织结构和工作流程不能适应具体工作要求,在既要考虑支撑项目实施,也要兼顾产品研发的情况下,而且创业型公司存在资源偏少,团队结合时间短,新人比较多的情况下,需要制定合理的人力资源管理规划方案和团队建设的方案,并付诸实施,支持项目的发展。Fasnet平台项目是一个软件产品研发和推广实施的项目,通过应用项目人力资源规划理论和其他理论进行研究,制定出合理的人力资源规划,对保证项目的成功有非常重要的意义。论文共分为五章,主要内容如下：第一章,引言。通过背景介绍引出研究的目标、方法和意义。第二章,理论基础及应用综述。对论文中使用到的项目管理人力资源规划、组织结构类型、软件开发过程、团体发展周期和其他公司人力资源理论进行了阐述。第三章,项目人力资源规划。先对Fasnet项目进行分析,通过项目计划、项目工作量估算人力资源,然后对人力资源规划的各方面进行研究。第四章,项目团队建设。介绍项目团队建设的各方面工作。第五章,结束语,总结全文。本文基于Fasnet项目结合了多项理论,不仅包含项目管理的理论,还包括软件工程和企业人力资源管理的理论,对于项目中各项工作内容的时间做了合理安排,通过组合型的组织结构,人员动态调配,建设高效团队,有效地控制人员成本,提升团队能力。对于软件公司最大的人员流动性的风险提出了较为全面的应对措施。希望通过本文的研究,能对此类项目乃至其他相关类项目的开展能提供可供参阅的示范。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristic of Fasnet Application Software Technology Platform are simplify the development of technology and improve development of efficiency. The application system on the platform could through the browser-web to develop and deploy. Eliminating the trouble of reinstall and update of the ordinary software, and also reduce the requirements of the computer hardware. Fasnet technology is a project group and composed of many small projects, It is including the product development and upgrade, and also including the project implement with different customers and different application system.When the organizational structure and work process of the simply software project cannot be applicable the specific work, then we have to thinking of the projection implement, and also taking into account the product development.There are some new questions in the entrepreneurial companies, such as few of resources, new team, short time, new clerk, then we need to formulate the reasonable planning program of human resource and team building management, and put into implement to support the develop of the project.Fasnet technology platform is a projection of R&D with software and spread and implement. To applied the human resource planning theory and other theory, we formulate the reasonable human resource planning, it is very important for the success of the project.The thesis include with5chapters. The specific contents go as following:Chapter1. Introduction.Through the background of selected topic, the author introduces the objectives and significance of the topic.Chapter2. Theoretical basis and summary of application.The author introduces the concepts, contents of the project management and human resource planning, the style of organizational structure, software development process, the team development period, and the theory of human resource of other company.Chapter3. The project with human resource planning.At first, the author analyzes the Fasnet project, and then estimates human resource by the project planning and the workload of the project, at last, the author studied the human resource planning in all aspects.Chapter4, Team building of the project.Introduce the team building of the projects in all aspects.Chapter5, Summary,Come to the conclusion.In the thesis, introducing the Fasnet project and a number of theory, not only the theory of project management, but also software engineering and human resource management of the enterprise. Through making the organization structure, dynamic deployment of the staff, building the high efficiency team, effectively control the labor costs, improving the team competitiveness. For the risk of flow of personnel in the software company, the author proposes schedule guarantee and schedule control methods.I hope that, the thesis is able to the demonstration of this king of project as well as other similar projects.更多还原
