企业在线节能监测系统的设计与实现

Designing and Implementation of Corporate Energy-efficient Online Monitoring Information Platform

【摘要】 随着我国节能减排工作逐步进入量化目标约束考核阶段,能耗指标监测要求更加快速、自动、全面、真实,能耗指标分析要求更加科学、智能,利用日益飞速发展的信息化技术,建立起完善的企业能耗监测计量统计系统,对企业能耗数据进行综合分析,摸清用能单位的能源利用状况,为节能行政主管部门加强对用能单位节能管理、制定实施节能规划指明了方向,最终达到能源利用效率的不断提高。为保证系统的兼容性,本系统采用较为成熟的asp.net体系技术架构,数据库采用sql server2005,整个系统架构由三层组成,即用户层、应用层和数据库服务器。用户层主要指用户界面,要求尽可能简单友好,使最终用户不需要进行深入培训就能方便地访问信息,客户端采用B/S模式,客户只要通过客户端浏览器即可进完成系统的应用,界面层使用了javascript框架j Query和Ajax异步刷新技术;第二层为应用服务器,也就是常说的中间件,所有的应用系统、业务逻辑、控制都集中在该层,能有效降低建设和维护成本,简化管理;三层结构的架构使复杂的业务处理变得简单有序,适应大规模和复杂的应用需求;最后的数据库服务器存储大量的数据信息和数据逻辑,所有与数据有关的安全、完整性控制、数据的一致性、并发操作等都在第三层完成。系统的投入应用实现了重点用能企业节能监管,提高了节能管理信息化水平,为分析能源系统和重要用能设备的能效水平提供信息基础,从而为单位及政府提出节能改造方案提供科学决策的支撑,并方便评估节能项目实施后的经济和社会效益。本文对于准备实施公共能源监测平台、正在实施,或者准备升级现有系统的政府和组织具有很大的参考和借鉴价值。

【Abstract】 Along with our country energy-saving emission reduction work gradually going into a quantitative constraint evaluation stage, not only energy consumption index monitoring requires more fast, automatic, comprehensive and true, but also energy consumption index analysis requires more scientific, intelligent. With rapid development of information technology, enterprise energy consumption monitoring and metering system for enterprise energy consumption statistics and data analysis is built perfectly to find out the energy per unit of energy utilization, so energy saving administrative departments strengthen energy user management, implement conservation planning direction and finally achieve energy efficiency improvement.In order to ensure system compatibility, this system uses the mature asp.net system technical architecture, database using SQL Server2005, the architecture of the system is composed of three layers, namely the user layer, application layer and database server. User layer mainly refers to the user interface, simple and friendly as far as possible, so that the end user does not require in-depth training can easily access to information, the client using the B/S mode, as long as the customers through the client browser into a complete system, interface layer using JavaScript framework for jQuery and Ajax asynchronous refresh technology; the second layer is the application server, also it is often said that the middleware, all application systems, business logic, control are concentrated in the layer, can effectively reduce the cost of construction and maintenance, simplified management; the structure of three layers architecture enables complex business process becomes simple and orderly, suitable for large and complex applications; the last database server stores a large amount of data and information the data logic, all associated with the data security, integrity control, data consistency, concurrent operation are in the third layer.The application of system realized the supervision of key corporate energy-saving supervision, improved the energy-saving management of information technology level, provided information infrastructure for the analysis of energy systems and important using equipment energy efficiency level, thus the unit and the government raised energy saving transformation program making use of scientific decision-making ofsupport and facilitated the assessment of the economic and social benefits after the implementation of energy saving projects were completed. In this paper, there is also great reference value to those governments and organization either preparing for implementation or implementing,as well as those preparing for the upgrade of existing system.
