白山头水库除险加固设计及方案优化研究

【摘要】 白山头水库地处山东省泰沂山北麓,潍河水系汶河支流凌河上游,安丘市西南方向辉渠镇东白山头村西。该水库于1966年11月兴建,1974年8月被“8.13”洪水冲毁,后于1975年修复。是一座集防洪、灌溉、养殖等功能于一体的综合利用的小Ⅰ型水库,水库坝址以上控制流域面积22.5km2。大坝为均质土坝,基本呈南北走向,最大坝高24.6m。水库存在的主要问题:一是大坝现状防洪能力满足不了现行规范要求;二是大坝坝体填筑质量较差,主坝坝基渗漏、坝后坡毁坏严重;三是溢洪道行洪不足,堰体砌筑质量差,左岸导流墙单薄,不符合规范要求,下游无消能设施;四是输水设施老化严重,放水洞身存在裂缝,洞壁出现漏水,金属结构超过报废年限。本文从白山头水库大坝存在的主要病险问题出发,从各方面对水库大坝的除险加固工作进行了一系列的研究,主要内容包括:(1)对提高水库大坝防洪能力进行了方案比较、选择,确定保持坝体不变,向右拓宽溢洪道,以加大水库洪水下泄流量来提高水库防洪的方案;(2)对大坝防渗及加固方案进行比较与选择,确定了通过采取深层水泥搅拌桩防渗处理来满足大坝渗流及坝体稳定要求的方案;(3)对溢洪道加固方案进行了比较与选择,确定了溢洪道拓宽、溢流堰重建的加固方案;(4)对输水设施加固方案进行比较与选择,确定了放水洞内衬钢管、洞身灌注水泥砂浆的加固方案。(5)对水库方案选定所需的洪水、坝体渗流、各构筑物水力及结构全部进行了计算、分析,为方案的最终确定提供了科学基础。工程实施后的良好运行效果有力地验证了白山头水库除险加固各工程技术方案的正确性,本文研究成果可为本地区其他类似工程的研究提供一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Reservoir Baitoushan lies in the northern side of Yi Mountain in Shandong Province and the upstream of the Lihe River, which is the river branch of Wenhe River in the river system of Weihe River. The reservoir was built in November1966. It was destroyed by floods in August1974(so called ’8.13’ Flood Event). It was repaired in1975. As Type I reservoir, this reservoir aims at comprehensive utilization for locals, such as flood control, irrigation, farming and etc. The controlling drainage area is22.5km2. The dam is made by homogeneous soil and have the elevation of24.6m. Four main problems exists in this reservoir:(1) Flood control capacity cannot meet the requirement;(2) the quality of construction is poor. Seepage has been found in the base of main body of the dam;(3) the spillway have no enough capacity for carrying flood water;(4) The transfer facilities is out of age.In this paper, aiming at these problems meeting in Reservoir Baishantou, the series of investigations were conducted for the dam reinforcement. The main topics include:(1) Improve the flood control capacity of the dam by widening the spillway;(2) Determine programs for anti-seepage and reinforcement;(3) Determine programs for the reinforcement of spillway and the reconstruction of overflow weir;(4) Determine programs for the reinforcement of water transfer facility;(5) Compute and analyze the scheme for the required flood reservoir.The techniques of dam consolidation proposed in this study have been verified by the excellent operation of Reservoir Baishantou. This study also provides a reference to other similar projects in this region.
