【副题名】以福建三明市为例

【摘要】 地方经济,特别是县域经济,是国民经济发展的一个很重要的环节,也是国民经济发展中一个很薄弱的环节,我党对县域经济也给予了足够的认识,十七大在发展过程中对此做了进一步的强调,明确指出发展地方区域经济,需要以增进农民收入为出发点,通过各种渠道方式促进农民的就业和收入,从这里可以看出县域经济直接关系到我国全面实现小康社会的发展战略问题。发展县域经济对于提高人民生活水平,对于实现和谐社会意义重大。本文主要在前辈学者的研究基础上进一步分析县域经济发展的理论基础、发展机制和发展模式,探讨如何发展县域特色经济与实现县域产业结构优化。最后本文以福建三明市为例具体分析县域经济的发展战略。本文将内容与结构安排为：第一章绪论部分主要介绍本文的研究目的与意义、研究述评、县域经济的内涵和本文的研究方法；第二章对相关的经济理论进行探讨；第三章主要研究县域产业结构优化,主要着重于县域经济的运行机制与发展模式；第四、五两章主要以福建三明市为例论述县域经济。第四章着重阐述福建三明市经济发展水平分析,得出县域经济发展的特点与特色,第五章着重论述县域经济的模式选择和政策建议；第六章本文提出了自己的研究展望。本文的创新点在于：首先在深刻分析县域经济的理论基础上探讨县域经济的运行机制和发展模式,并分析了影响县域经济运行机制和发展模式的因素以及主要的发展模式。其次,本文还重点论述了发展县域特色经济的重要性和原则,总结出如何选择县域经济的主导产业的方法和途径。再次本文的研究是立足于实证的基础上的,本文以福建三明市发展县域经济为例子,阐述县域经济发展的原则、模式选择和政策建议。本文的不足之处主要表现在对县域经济的研究还不够透彻,缺少从微观经济层面上的进一步分析。并且在研究县域经济的运行机制和发展模式方面还不够全面,这也为以后工作的努力指明了方向。更多还原

In this paper, the content and organization of the structure:the first chapter section introduces the purpose and significance of this study, the researchers Commentary, county economic connotation and research method; Chapter II of the relevant economic theory to explore; third chapter The study county industrial structure optimization, the main focus on the operational mechanism and mode of development of the county economy; fourth, fifth chapter Fujian Sanming City, example exposition county economy. The fourth chapter focuses on the level of economic development of Fujian Sanming City, come to the characteristics and features of the county’s economic development, the fifth chapter focuses on discussing the county economy mode selection and policy recommendations; sixth chapter of this paper, the research prospects. The innovation of this paper is to:First profound analysis of the county’s economic theory based on the operational mechanism and mode of development of county economy, and factors affect county economic operation mechanism and mode of development, as well as the main mode of development. Secondly, this article focuses on the importance and principles for the development of county economy with local characteristics, summed up the ways and means of how to select the leading industries of the county’s economy. Again this study is based on empirical basis, Fujian Saning City as examples of the development of the county economy, expounded the principle of county economic development, mode select and policy recommendations. The inadequacies of this article is mainly manifested in the study of the county’s economy is also thorough enough, and the lack of further analysis from the micro-economic level. And operational mechanism and mode of development in the study county economy is not comprehensive enough, which also pointed out the direction for the efforts of the later work.更多还原
