当前形势下我国高校毕业生就业问题研究

【摘要】 高等教育大众化以来,我国高校招生规模日益扩大,导致毕业生市场供给数量急剧增加,而市场需求并未明显增加的现状,使得大学毕业生处于劳动力市场供大于求的严峻形势下,我国高校毕业生总体就业率呈现逐年下滑的趋势,大学生“就业难”成为了一个突出的社会问题。大学生就业是全社会就业的重要组成部分。其能否顺利就业,不仅会影响大学生个人的发展前途,而且涉及到千家万户的利益,影响社会的和谐与稳定,关乎学校的办学质量,因而备受社会各界的广泛关注。本文在调查研究的基础上,认真分析了当前大学生面临的就业形势,大学生就业现状、问题与成因,并对如何才能更有效地解决这一问题提出了可行性对策,期望能为高校毕业生就业问题的解决提供理论帮助。全文分为三个部分：第一部分对我国高校毕业生就业现状进行分析,首先介绍了我国高校毕业生就业制度的演变过程；其次分析了当前我国高校毕业生就业的基本方式及特点；再次对我国整体的就业形势进行分析；最后介绍了我国高校毕业生的就业现状。第二部分分析了当前我国高校毕业生就业过程中存在的主要问题及其成因,对造成这些问题的原因本文从客观因素(社会因素、学校因素、用人单位因素)和主观因素(毕业生自身因素)两方面进行了探讨。第三部分在分析我国高校毕业生就业存在的问题及其成因的基础上,探索大学生就业过程中存在的问题的解决对策。对策主要有：政府的职责---深化体制改革,完善各项政策,完善就业市场体系和运行机制；高校的作为---调整、改革与发展；学生的回应---调整择业心态,提高综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the popularization of higher education, our country higher education recruitment of students scale expands day by day, leading to a sharp increase in the number of graduates market supply, the market demand did not significantly increased status, makes the university graduates in the grim situation in the labor force market. China’s college graduates employment rate shows overall declining trend, The graduates employment has become a prominent social problems.College students’employment in whole society is an important part of employment. If it can be successfully obtain employment, will not only influence the development of college students’ personal future, but also related to the interests of the families, affect the harmony and stability of the society, for the school the educational quality, and thus much of social concern.In this paper on the basis of investigation and study, carefully analyzed the employment situation in the whole society,college students’ employment situation, problems and causes, and raise some feasible countermeasures to solve this problem more effectively. It can solve the employment of college graduates to provide theory to help.The letter divides into three parts:The first part of the employment of college graduates in China present situation carries on the analysis, first introduced the employment policy for college graduates in China evolution; followed by the analysis of the current employment of college graduates in China are the basic modes and characteristics; again analysis of China’s overall employment situation; finally introduced our country college graduates employment situation.The second part of the current our country, the employment of college graduates are the main problems and causes, the analysis in the process of college students’ employment, there exist many problems, to the reasons contributing to these problems this paper from the objective factors (social factors, school factors, the employer factors) and subjective factors which graduates from two aspects of its own factors is discussed.The third part on the analysis, the problems and the causes of the employment of college graduates in our country, and on the basis of university students’ employment to explore the problems in the process of solving countermeasures. The countermeasures include:the duty of the government-deepen system reform, and perfect the policy to improve the employment market system and operation mechanism; The university as-adjustment, reform and development; Students’ response to adjust the choosing profession-attitude, improve overall quality.更多还原
